Charlotte couldn’t of been more accommodating, leaving us with lovely fresh eggs from her hens, milk, bread etc, really nice touch and very much appreciated! Little Barn has everything you need, and more, for a very comfortable and homely stay. Very peaceful, horses in the field, lots of beautiful wildlife to see too. Excellent communication from Charlotte from start to finish, we would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This gorgeous cottage is a fabulous place to stay if you're visiting Newark or the surrounding areas. Set in the heart.of Newark town centre, it's incredibly close to all the amenities including shops, restaurants, castle and market place which is just a 5 minute walk away, yet it is still very peaceful. Beautifully decorated and very spacious, with a terrific bathroom with a large shower with rainfall shower head, it is incredibly comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere. We have stayed twice already and have booked again for a future event. Dale the host, is very helpful and friendly and always trys to accommodate your requests. We can't recommend this cottage highly enough 😊

I have been in Airbnb for few years and I have never had a host this lovely 😊 she was very kind and friendly The place was beautiful and spotless. The bedding and towels were so clean and perfect She was great in communication and brought us lovely delicious strawberries 😊 We really appreciate her Highly recommend
