This home was built in 2020 with the beautiful lake and mountain views in mind. The Wild Loon is what we decided to name our retreat because we are often visited by wild loons here on the lake. The Wild Loon has an open concept floor plan. Sleeping arrangements are upstairs and downstairs in the basement. The half bath, kitchen, living and dining room are all on the main floor. Parking is directly across the road and can fit 4 vehicles in the summer, spring and fall 3 vehicles during winter

The Batwing Ski house was purchased and modernized with nice renovations The house was named the BatWing House over 20 years ago and still to this day everyone refers to it by name. It's a 6 bedroom 4 bath each with shower also a huge dining/ living area with corner fireplace. A ski/gear room on the first floor. New hot tub outside on the wrap around deck with covered roof. We have Fiber Wifi , Netflix, Xbox 360, foosball, board games 4 TVs. Restaurants are less than .5 miles away

Newly renovated 4-bedroom 2-1/2-bathroom vacation rental nested in 2.7 acres of woods, yet conveniently located in the city of North Adams. Mini-Split air conditioning in each bedroom and on the main level. Minutes to MT Snow. Easy walk to town for food and shopping. Deerfield river directly across the street. 2 min from the lake. Valley hiking trails within sight. There is a 2 car limit. A request for additional vehicles needs to be made prior to check-in.
