I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this AirBnB! The host was exceptional, with top-notch communication from start to finish. When my daughter accidentally left her earpods behind, the host promptly mailed them back to us without hesitation—what a lifesaver! The location is perfect, offering great value for the price, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this host to anyone looking for a seamless, delightful stay!

Nice quiet place to stay. Not a bad commute to CSU in Fort Collins (20-25 minute drive). Host was responsive to question and addressed issues in a timely manner. Would defiantly stay here again!

Beautiful and clean space. Self check in is simple. Very much enjoyed the amenities and the overall vibe of the stay. It’s very quiet, though, so it is quite easy to hear on the other side of the wall.

This house was exactly as it was described in the listing. Nice quiet culdesac with a private backyard. House was nicely arranged and was very clean.

Jeanna was so welcoming and sweet. The apartment was beautifully decorated with art and was SO COZY! I would love to return to this cute apartment in wonderful Loveland!

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at Andi’s place. The house is super cute with a prime location. We loved walking to downtown Loveland each day to enjoy the coffee shops and restaurants. The house is also only a block away from 2 amazing parks / playgrounds that were a huge hit with our toddler and baby. Andi was an amazing host! Super communicative and response to make sure all our needs were met. She even had a brand new baby gate and blender delivered to us for our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the Empty Nest was comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is safe and the location is convenient to pretty much anything you'd want to do in FOCO. Glenn is attentive but not intrusive. We were happy with our visit & will likely return.

Really beautiful space with nice decorative and personal touches. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into the design. The hosts were very communicative, thoughtful and lovely. I'd come back again if we are ever in the area. Highly recommend!

Nikki is an amazing host! She was very responsive to all of my messages and answered any questions I had. The place exceeded my expectations; very clean, neat/tidy, comfortable bed, quiet location. It had all of the space and amenities I needed for my stay. Close to town, restaurants and several parks. I highly recommend this place to stay!

The host was super communicative and gave detailed instructions. The lock was easy to use and worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. I loved the space, how clean it was and all the kitchen supplies, extra blankets and board games supplied. Great value.

The location is ideal and the apartment was exactly as described and in photos. Excellent place. I can’t speak to communication with Stacey as everything was fine, we had no problems and no need to contact her.

I was coming up from Texas after working 5 weeks straight. Michael was very easy to talk to and was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. The property was easy to get to, and it was genuinely a really peaceful place to be, while simultaneously easy access to the roadway that gets you down into Fort Collins. I’m someone who thoroughly enjoys the Rustic vibes, and to me, there was nothing better than waking up, getting some coffee, and looking out at the mountain views. I had a great time there, and 100% I’m coming back again.

Robin is a wonderfully perfect host! If you’re looking for a quiet peaceful mountain getaway - highly recommend staying here. I spent a week here and found peace and solitude. I’ll be staying here again next time the mountains call out to me.

Cody’s place was clean and had lots of room for everyone. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, coffee pot and the morning walks to Glenmere Park. It was perfect!

Very nice place and great neighborhood! Would consider coming back here.
