House holiday rentals in Winder

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Our favorite location for friends and family gathering! This time was even better than the last, which we didn’t think possible! It is clean and the owner recently made some updates to the house. The backyard is the star of the show. Beautiful pool with a lovely deck allowed us to enjoy the long awaited warm weather. I could spend all day out there. We were able to gather comfortably and create amazing memories with our friends and family whom we do not see often. Between the pool table and fire pit, this is the perfect getaway. The Publix is 3 minutes away and lots of restaurants close by, super convenient. The host and co host are amazing as well. It’s always a positive experience speaking with them. They’re very sweet, professional, and responsive! They were ready at anytime to offer assistance. Thank you for providing a fun space for us to catch up with old friends and family.

Great place for large family gathering. 2 Main floor master bedrooms and 3rd bedroom are really nice. Basement bedrooms are great for teenagers/young adults. Outdoor kitchen & pool are fantastic. Great house for large group with plenty of places to hang out

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

My initial inquiry with Jade was about proximity to the conference we were attending. From maps it seemed that we would be in very close walking distance. Better than that, we were a couple of blocks uphill from the conference. There is a Trader Joe’s across Peachtree and an Aldi’s down the street. But best of all! I texted Jade the first night of our stay inquiring about a wine bottle opener. He told us where to find it in the wet bar. It wasn’t there. I told him no worries we would buy one next day. Instead, he brought one, sat it outside the garage door, took a picture of the package, and sent it to me via the Airbnb app! We laughed so hard that he had gone out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay for us. All our needs were met. Oh, and transportation from the airport via Marta was efficient and inexpensive. We paid $2.50 each way. There was some walking involved with luggage, but we were capable of that. Thanks, Jade! Would stay here again!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

I booked this house for my daughter’s bridesmaids for the wedding weekend. I originally booked for two nights and then realized we needed a third night. Brandon was very accommodating and set up a new contract within a few minutes of my request. It had plenty of space for the girls to relax and enjoy the pool. The water was cool so I reached out to Brandon to turn the heat on. He responded immediately and the pool heated up quickly. This was my first Airbnb experience and I was very impressed with how everything was run. I would recommend this home and host to anyone who needs a place to stay while visiting Athens.

You feel right at home in Sweet Jane. There is a charm that is unique and special that makes you feel comfortable. There are kind touches like beautiful little fresh bouquets throughout and I LOVE how clean the floors felt. Jennifer answered any questions I had kindly and quickly. I recommend this cute little getaway and hope to get back there myself!

I wish we didn’t have to leave. The home is beautiful. It has everything you would need to feel right at home. The area is beautiful and peaceful and is a great getaway if you’re used to a busy lifestyle. Sharday is very responsive and the directions for checking in were clear and easy. I would definitely stay again.

We had a group of 10 people staying for an event at Road Atlanta, and the house was perfect for us. The beds were all extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed unwinding each night with the ping pong and foosball tables. The bathrooms, with separate water closets, made it easy for everyone to get ready in the mornings without feeling crowded. The entire place was clean and well-kept. We’re already planning to return for the same event next year and fully intend to stay here again!

Aba is very responsive to any requests, needs, or recommendations. This was our second time and he has definitely become a fan favorite and a home away from home for us.

My second stay at Christian's place was just as nice as my first stay two years ago. I booked a second time because my experience was so pleasant, the home is modern and pristine and the location is accessibly perfect. My husband, in-laws, and children love staying here.

100% home away from home. Cardell accommodated us from a beautiful home to adjusting our stay due to personal reasons. All of our questions were answered very quickly and very patiently. I have family here and I would definitely stay at this house again!

The bed mattresses and linens are top quality and I slept better than even at home. The townhome was beautiful and well maintained, it looked better even than the pictures. There are several restaurants and shops that are within a comfortable walking distance. The outside patio was a comfortable place to sit and relax, the kitchen had everything we needed including a drip coffee maker and Keurig. Several family members from out of state met here for a quick trip and it was really nice. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

We stayed three nights to be close to the venue our daughter got married at this past weekend. It was very comfortable and so nice to have the kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths for extra space for sister bridesmaids and getting ready. It was nice to have a comfortable “home” to come back to after the rehearsal dinner night and the wedding night. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy it, but the backyard space looked so inviting as a place to unwind in the evenings. I recommend this home.

Absolutely gorgeous space! The location was close to everything but in a tucked away friendly neighborhood! All the amenities were wonderful from the beautiful decorated decor to the large scale tub for soak. Would definitely visit again!

We couldn’t have picked a better place for our stay in Georgia. It’s so quiet, beautiful, and you feel right at home. We have 2 little kids and 1 baby and there was so much for them to do and play with. The host responded almost immediately and accommodated our every need. Our favorite spot in the house was the back patio overlooking the pond and land (amazing with morning coffee by the way). It’s definitely a hidden gem. We can’t wait to book again.

The Betty was comfortable, relaxing, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our favorites were the sun porch and the nice outdoor area. We frequently saw deer in the backyard and loved the large table outside. The beds were very comfortable and the host responded to any questions or concerns promptly. Snacks, coffee, and tea were provided. We would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place to host my family while they were in town. It’s tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The home decor was gorgeous and the supply of appliances made it easy to cook at home. Lots of cool extras in the garage for youth and the bedrooms on the main floor was great for our older family members

This home is great, and the host, Ashley, was incredibly responsive. Even when we needed help with some things, Ashley came out personally to assist us. The amenities were well-stocked, and the location offered a peaceful retreat while still being close to various activities.
