what a wonderful stay! it is so peaceful here. Jaya's place is very comfortable, I felt right at home. The bed is very comfortable and so many amenities to keep us busy. we love watching the friendly deer! 🦌

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked to cook meals each day. Our favorite part was sitting by the river, peaceful and relaxing. Location was perfect, in between Johnson City and Fredericksburg, Albert is down the road, and many nearby wineries.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Sandi is extremely friendly and attentive. This was our 4th year staying here and we plan on coming back for many more years to come. We are always treated like family and love all the many parts of her place. I can’t wait to visit it again.

So amazing and perfect for our couples getaway. This place was beautiful and worth the experience. We were super surprised at the privacy we had. Yes there are other families there in the other houses but it felt as if we were alone with the whole place. We are so grateful and will genuinely miss the place. Trisha is so attentive and helpful. Our stay at this incredible lake house in Canyon Lake was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the panoramic views of the water, the peaceful surroundings, and the thoughtfully designed home. The house itself is beautifully maintained, with a perfect mix of modern comfort and rustic charm. Spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy common areas made it easy for our whole group to relax and enjoy our time together. The large deck overlooking the lake quickly became our favorite spot — ideal for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and sunset dinners. One of the standout features was private lake access. We loved being able to swim, kayak, and paddleboard right from the backyard. Evenings were spent in the hot tub under the stars — truly unforgettable. The location is perfect: secluded enough to feel like a true escape, yet close enough to town for groceries.

This is a wonderful ranch like get a way and it was just what we were looking to find. We are so tired of motels/hotels, crowded towns and streets. It is nice to just get out away from it all and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Birds, a deer, a turkey, and some wildflowers thrown in just added to the enjoyment . Resting on the patios in the evening looking at a dark sky full of stars was very relaxing. It is hard to describe the tranquility of the evenings we spent. It was an unexpected treat. So many sites close by to visit and see if you are inclined to do so. It was also nice that we were out away from it all and yet within a short distance of food, groceries and other amenities. Janet is the hostess with the Mostess. She was on top of everything! Super communications, super accommodations, and friends advice to help make our stay so enjoyable. OH, and sweet treats on our arrival that were very special! Thank you Janet!

We had a lovely stay at the property. Easy to get to and pleasant setup in the villas. We enjoyed the pool and a little hike as well nearby. Came with our baby and it was a great family friendly setup.

This is a great place to stay. It is just as described. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to hang around and walk to town, restaurants, and live music or to chill by the river. It’s a straight shot to San Antonio and many other local tourist towns, which made it a great location as well. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Silvio’s place was really awesome! We were visiting for a BMT graduation & being able to stay around the lake & make the ~1 hour commute to Lackland was worth it. The lake has lots to do around it & landscape is breathtaking. Silvio gave us a huge, detailed list of recommendations as well, which we were really thankful for! Very clean & felt right at home. Check-in was super easy. This spot is convenient if you are interested in both San Antonio & Austin, as it is a perfect halfway point between the two. Also, the beds were SO comfortable! If we return to this area of Texas again, we will definitely be booking Silvio’s place!

The Kick Back cabin was so relaxing! Our family and dogs had a wonderful time. It was so calm and quiet, we spent half our time just on the front porch reading and watching our boys run around outside. The dogs loved the little fenced in area right next to the cabin too! Pedernales Falls state park is so close and beautiful to explore. We will definitely be back!

My fiancée and I enjoyed the place, minor issues with the building A/C and water but it got fixed right away. Our host made sure we were updated with any and all information regarding the issue. Highly recommended. Ps. The assigned parking spot for this specific unit is real tight, I drive a truck and my passenger ended up having to get down before I parking. Also the hot tub is not working, so ask ahead of time if the hot tub is a deal breaker for you. Overall a good relaxing place that we enjoyed. 10/10

Place was amazing but it is a smart house. We had trouble with the TV and lights hooking it up on our phones. The TV wanted us to download an app and add a credit card. The outside was amazing, especially the hot tub. Only down fall was the storm knocked the outside lights out so we swam in the dark. Overall, it was amazing!

Visited this place with a big family. It was a great place that fit all of us while enjoying all the play areas and pool. I would 100% recommend.

What a wonderful host and place to stay. This house is located right at the heart of downtown Buda and is a short walk to all the fun stuff to do around town. Not only that, the hosts are amazing and go above and beyond your typical host. For example, I lost an AirTag during my stay and within an hour of me leaving, they already had the AirTag in the mail. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Buda!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The kitchen was well-stocked and convenient to have. The view was absolutely stunning and made our time there even more special. The hosts were warm, responsive, and made sure we felt right at home. From the time my family arrived to the house we were satisfied, left easy instructions for everything we needed in the house. Was attentive to us when we needed it. My kids and I made memories on this vacation will definitely be back to use this Airbnb again!

We had such a great and relaxed stay! The place is just as described. The kids loved the pool and play area, the outdoor kitchen and the house were equipped with everything needed and more. Stacey and Scott were very nice and helpful. We went tubing close by for a day and we enjoyed the long weekend thoroughly! Would come back anytime!
