Monthly Rentals in Wicker Park, Chicago

We had a lovely stay at this quiet little oasis in Wicker Park. The Coach House is charming, comfy, spotless, and stocked with everything you need. There is great food and transit just steps away. Joe and Shannon are fantastic hosts—friendly, responsive, and full of great local tips. You can tell they really love their city, and it shows in the way they host. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent location, spacious, very comfy bed, great shower and a very nice kitchen. Very handy to also have a washer/dryer. We enjoyed our first stay in Chicago what a city! At Doug’s place we felt we were in a very very safe neighbourhood with lots of great transport options right on your doorstep. Thanks Doug

Wonderful oasis from which to explore Chicago. Walking distance to the blue line (and therefore downtown and the airport), the 606, and good restaurants. Cute decor and a spacious interior that truly provides an experience that is better than a cramped hotel room. John also provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend!
