This cute little neighborhood is quiet and lovely while also being convenient (7 minute drive) to downtown Providence. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at Michael’s place. It is clean, comfortable and convenient. Be sure to stop at the Taunton Avenue bakery for authentic Portuguese pastries.

I loved this little stay, it was very peaceful and lovely. Matthew was an excellent host and the snacks and breakfast options were a lovely addition to the amenities. Matthew is a really thoughtful and lovely host, I'd love to stay here again on my next visit to Providence/Pawtucket :)

My daughters and I spent the weekend here, and it truly was a perfect stay! We traveled from New Jersey to visit my nephew who lives in New Bedford, and the apartment’s location—just 6 minutes away—couldn’t have been more convenient. The space was spotless and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed to prepare a delicious Saturday morning breakfast. The bathroom was impressively spacious, and I have to rave about the towels and bedding—absolutely luxurious! The bath towels, in particular, were divine. I’d love to know where they were purchased so I can get some for my own home. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and the thoughtful touches—like the lovely houseplants—gave the apartment a warm, homey feel. I'm so glad I found this gem! I visit the area often and will definitely be booking again. Vania provided clear, detailed instructions and was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. A solid 10 out of 10 across the board!

Great place to stay while I attended my Art Retreat. Marianne welcomed me on my first day and even left some food in the kitchen for us.

This was our second time staying at Carlina's place. It's a lovely apartment attached to the house with a private entrance. Very safe and well-kept, clean and very comfortable. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the sofa bed was very comfy too according to my teenage son. Fully equipped kitchen, not to mention the fresh eggs she leaves for her guests from her own chickens. They made for a delightful breakfast with our leftover Portuguese pops (rolls) from Antonio's restaurant (wonderful authentic Portuguese food--go!). Plenty of towels, toilet paper, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent. Carlina is an extremely responsive host and I will stay with her again! Thank you for everything!

At a perfect location and exactly what it was described. Grit’s recommendations were great and we truly enjoyed them. We will definitely stay there again in our next Newport visit

This was our first time in Newport, so we didn't have a sense of the location of this rental. It turned out to be ideal. The waterfront restaurants were mostly a half mile walk, the Breakers was a mile, and I suspect the beach was also under a mile away (we didn't have a chance to get there). We only used our car the day it was raining and to do the lovely ocean drive that runs along the perimeter of the peninsula. The apartment is tastefully decorated and comfortable. There are three heat pumps for heat/AC, so everyone can be comfortable. There are also 3 TVs. I didn't find many other 2 bedroom apartments that also had two baths, so this was a real plus, since we were two couples traveling together. One bath is en suite, the other is off the kitchen. (flip coins?). It's wise to take advantage of the gated parking offered; it's a little pricey ($35.00 per night) but there are few other options in the summer, and the lot is right next door and easy to access. Wonderful rental!

This apartment is a block off the 4th of July parade route in Bristol. Quiet residential street but short walk to downtown, great restaurants, and historic locations. The apartment was spotless and well equipped. This was our third rental in Bristol and by far the best. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

We had such a lovely experience staying at this Airbnb! The home was even more beautiful in person—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated.

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Joe was extremely helpful and accommodating. He was flexible enough to offer an early check in time that aligned with when our family would be arriving to town. Both the house and the surrounding area are absolutely beautiful. We went down the road to Evelyn’s Drive In for seafood and ocean views and would highly recommend.

My sisters and I stayed here for a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The area was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We felt right at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-kept spot to unwind.

Jason’s place had everything my family needed for a comfortable, easy stay in the peaceful area of Little Compton. Jason was friendly and easy to communicate with, thoughtfully offering flexible check-in and check-out times. We also appreciated the welcoming touches to the place, like the bowl of fresh fruit.

The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

Beautiful cottage in a lovely part of Rhode Island. Very well stocked with anything you might need. It is on a slightly busy road but we still enjoyed sitting out back and it didn’t diminish our experience. Would definitely rent again!

This place was great! It was wonderful to stay in such a historic building. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the check-in/check-out instructions were very easy, and the host also provided suggestions for nearby restaurants. I definitely recommend this place!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

I cannot recommend Kelly’s place highly enough! Truly the perfect getaway spot. Close to everything and if you just want to relax you feel very much at home!

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

This was a great place. We found it cozy and comfortable. It is in an older, quaint neighborhood within shouting distance to Brown University. There are plenty of restaurants and things to see within walking distance. Providence is a cool town.

We stayed for a semester while I worked at ICERM. The room and location were perfect!
