We are completely private from the road and reached by a long laneway through woods which opens up to fields and meadows The rental has 2 decks, one with a large awning with dining table and chairs to lounge and take in the view. There is an open plan living, dining kitchen area with french doors leading to the deck.

My husband and I booked Brady Cottage for a week at the end of May to take a break from our very hectic lives. The pastoral setting in quiet Little Compton was exactly what we needed. We enjoyed woodland hikes on conservation land, cooking at the cottage, Grey's Daily Grind in Westport (amazing baked goods!!) and the amazing Polled Hereford cows and calves behind the cottage. We had a few nice meals out in Tiverton. Check-in and check-out were seamless. The cottage was clean, cozy, charming and comfortable for us and our little dog.

This home was a perfect place for our weekend get away. Very comfortable. House would have been a perfect fit for our family if it had one more queen bed instead of the twin but we made it work. Plenty of things for everyone to do if they wanted to go off on their own. I had a couple of questions and the owner responded right away. Loved the property. And our best friends were two doors down and we did not plan this stay together! We will rent again for sure!

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

Friendship House. Hear the ocean from the deck

A little slice of serenity. Walk to the pristine beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the farm. Stayed for a weekend with two young kids. We will be back.
