Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Westmoreland Parish

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s place. Everything was seamless from the moment we booked through arrival. The unit met all our expectations; we felt as if we were home. The community is safe and beautiful, unit is well appointed and the backyard - which we didn’t use as much - is fantastic. Everything looked like the picture. Also, Andrea went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and Sherine and the other lady - sorry, I forgot her name - were very welcoming. I could go on and on but I’ll conclude by saying if you want to stay somewhere safe, relaxing and clean, this is the place. We look forward to making Andrea’s place our go to spot whenever we travel to Negril.

Two words for this bnb: stunning view!!! This peaceful and serene home was such a great way to end my trip in Jamaica. The mountain views, wrap around porch, and peaceful environment was a great place to recharge. I would suggest being mindful if you are not a skilled driver in Jamaica as the top portion of the road that leads to the house can be difficult if you are not experienced driving in Jamaica. I was able to manage fine but wanted to share in case you’ve never driven in Jamaica.

The location is absolutely tranquil and serene. Quiet, peaceful and private. We had our own private slice of the cliffs with no one around to bother us. The caves were stunning and the view unbeatable. The house was nice with everything we needed for a few days stay. Definitely glad we booked here!

The pictures somehow undersell this AMAZING townhouse and property. Everything was perfect, as soon as we entered the property we felt welcomed. The townhouse was spotless and there were fresh beach towels, bath towels and linens in each room. The property itself is breathtaking with amazing views and beautiful sunsets. I can't wait for our next Negril trip so we can rebook!

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

I have just come back from Jamaica and all I can say is wow. The apartment was perfect and I felt like I was home from home. The host Stephen was excellent so friendly and helped with suggestion for things to do, also introduced me to neighbours in case I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return.

I had such a fantastic time staying at this property! This is a well loved and well taken care of place. The home was welcoming, cozy, and absolutely spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the space was all well appointed, spacious and absolutely breathtaking! The proximity and location can’t be over emphasized. Look forward to come back endless amount of times. Thank you for absolutely everything.

Lighthouse Inn 2 was the peaceful retreat I was searching for my trip in Negril. The studio was squeeky clean especially the kitchen and shower which were easy to use and felt just like home. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe at all times inside the studio and outdoors within the property grounds, which were gated, and included beautiful foliage, singing (and humming) birds, ample tall light posts, two friendly pooches, and peaceful sounds of the forest to keep you company through the stay. I booked last minute and Sharon got back to me immediately to confirm my booking. From the moment I arrived at the gate, Kim was there to let me in with a smile and a hello. She took me to my room and showed me around and made me feel at home. The place was immaculate and updated and very comfortable. Any questions I had about going into town or restaurants, Kim was around to assist. Sharon is so nice, I will be booking another visit in a few months. my father and I loved our stay at Gabriel's place. it was very clean and comfortable. Their is a full kitchen, bathroom, Ac, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, tv, hot water. Everything for your convenience is here. Their is a resturant, supermarket, and a few clothing stores located in the same building. The location is easy to find and close to all amenities. it is also walking distance to the town. Everything you need is in close proximity. Gabriel is an amazing host with a beautiful spirit, he was compassionate, attentive, and welcoming. overall our stay was comfortable, peaceful, and we were provided with way more than expected, highly recommended!!!!We will be back soon.

We were attending a wedding and this location was perfect because it wqs t minutes from the venue. It was a seamless chexk in process. Communication was great. It was clean and nice. quiet perfect. Definitely will stay there again.

Tina's place was amazing. Two balconies and a small kitchenette with a nice bathroom. Walk right down the stairs to a very private beach / alcove. Bring a snorkel because there are literally thousands of beautiful fish right there in that little alcove. Can't wait to come back with my wife! Tina responds immediately and Christopher is always there to help. There was a little problem with the wifi and she took care of it immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do locally. We loved having space for the kids, and our teenagers loved jumping from the rocks and tower and swimming in the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Our trip to Negril as “locals” on vacation was amazing. Felicia thought of everything we’d need from lunch kits to bring food on the beach to a whole storage drawer with games of all ages. There were even fishing rods and complimentary coffee. This was a Blast. She made some amazing recommendations which saved us Tons of money especially with food delivery. If in doubt, send her a text or give her a call. We will be back and for longer next time, we can’t get enough of that view and the pristine beach and aquatic life. See you soon Fel

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.

this is my third time staying here and it’s great every time. the location is great and the grocery stuff downstairs is very convenient. Natalie also added more stairs which makes it way easier to go up and down the stairs. Natalie was also very responsive with our concerns and questions. will be back soon!

I booked Delroy’s place for my husband who was on a business trip and needed a place ASAP. Delroy delivered! His place was as described, eco-friendly and suitable for all lodging needs. Delroy was a wonderful host, friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in Negril including finding a local contractor. His place was easy to get to by car. Would definitely recommend his place- we love to support local owners small businesses. It was a pleasure staying there.

Marlesia's home very cozy and beautiful. It is unique home which gives a different experience than the typical home (reminds me of a treehouse which i love). It was central to everything we wanted to do in Negril so we couldn't have asked for more

Beautiful little flat. Right on the beach, walked up and down every day and stopped in at different places to eat/drink. Lots of beach loungers available to use, Sandbox restaurant was right on the beach, delicious and really affordable prices. Crystal clear water, lots of sea life. The big TVs were a great bonus as well for evening entertainment. Also loads of places open late if you wanted to go out! The location was the big selling point for me, but the beautiful flat was a nice bonus! :)
