This place was amazing, I went with my family and they had an amazing time. The rooms were clean, the cook Sonia was amazing! We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and how private the location was! Host was responsive and friendly.

We had an outstanding stay here at Noel’s place! From the minute we landed we were taken care of with comfortable and reliable transportation for our entire stay including to and from multiple excursions and eateries. The entire home is beautiful!! Everything looks exactly like the photos. We had a hard time leaving as each family member had something they were going to miss - the pool, the balcony views first thing in the mornings with a cup of tea/coffee, the large tub, and the spacious and private bedrooms. Thank you again to Noel, Joy, and Walter, and Howard for making our stay great! Much love

This has been my second time staying with her. Very good host. She makes you feel at home the minute you get there, the place has everything you need as if you were at home. 100% recommended if you want a home from home!

I'm usually an all-inclusive person but decided for my 60th I would go with an Airbnb & found Raheem's place & it was the best decision I could have made. Pleasant View (perfect name) was EVERYTHING!!!! The photos do it no justice. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed by the staff (Paula, Murine & Hector). We spent most or our days on the patio or in the pool/hot tub soaking in the exhilarating view of the Caribbean Sea. The rooms are sizable each with it's own bathroom which was great for my party. The land is vast and well kept with lots of fruit trees which you should partake in some. Murine prepared a few meals for us which were delicious and she didn't mind us cooking our breakfast some days. Paula was always available for our transportation needs and even had a few suggestions. Although staff was around, we were not bothered unless we requested. You will have no regrets booking Pleasant View!!!!

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Only because I had no Data we got some messages late but very responsive in communication with us. The Welcome Redstrip Beer and water was a nice gesture. With regard to the accommodation was really for 3 Couples, as there were 6 of us who did not want to share a bed with a stranger so they could have 2 medium size beds in the 3 rooms. It was not walking distance so we used Uber that were reasonable if you don’t drive. However overall it was a beautiful property with all mod cons, for example USB ports. The pool and Gym was a hit for us. 10/10 to the Host. 10/10 for the property. Security was also great and the groundsmen helpful. Jade-Pauline, Jenny, Oby and Tahanafay 🌸

Unforgettable Villa was absolutely beautiful! My girl friend and I wanted to be in the sun, on the beach, without too many distractions, and that is exactly what we got. The Villa is far from the airport and the roads and rough, which should be considered when booking. The groundskeeper, Juba, was wonderful and definitely contributed to the incredible experience we had during our stay— he was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and very respectful of our space. The property itself was very beautiful… being able to walk out onto our balcony each morning to watch the pelicans hunt and the fish jump around, followed by beautiful sunsets in the evening was just breathtaking. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for our little slice of heaven!!

i wanted a place that felt like home and this place definitely was i had everything i needed without asking the host for nothing if you're looking for a place close to the hip strip i recommend this place just walking distance to some of the best place literally. The host is the best i had a delay and the host give me a extended time up until 3pm

we had a great stay here, it's a beautiful spot! the cottage has everything you need for a relaxing time, we cooked a little bit read books and sat often on the terrace watching the butterflies on the garden enjoying the peace and quiet. outdoor shower was nice and really easy access to beach. host was very responsive and checked up on us regularly.

This Airbnb was great!! Beres, groundskeeper, was excellent. Ian was in constant contact with us to ensure everything was OK from the moment we got in country. The kindness and hospitality shown from the people managing the property is a great reflection of the property owners and everyone involved. Thank you...

You will not be disappointed. Denise and her staff, more like family, are friendly, attentive to your needs, accomodating, and fun. The location is perfect because you are close to the hustle and bustle of Montego Bay and Negril, but nestled in a cozy piece of Jamaican heaven. You can either enjoy a homecooked meal by Denise, herself, or the grillmaster, Patrick, either way, you will be full and your tastebuds will sing. There are fruit trees so I enjoyed picking a starfruit (my favorite) and delighting in how wonderful Jamaica is on the soul. Lastly, when I caught a little cold, Denise not only checked on me, she brought me medicine, delicious soup, and other things to help me get well soon. You will need a car to get around, but Denise and her team are available (for less than an Uber) to transport you to and from. I visit Jamaica several times a year and Denise’s is by far one of my favorite rental units I’ve stayed. If you are on the fence about booking, hop on off and book.

WOW! Our group of 10 had the best experience this past week! Richie was the most gracious, helpful, fun caretaker. He showed us around town and took us to some secret gems. Auntie Jo and Runa were fabulous cooks. The porridge is TO DIE FOR! We also had Runa make us an authentic sweet potato pudding for our last meal and we all raved about how delicious it was! The rooms were all very well kept and had comfortable beds. They are separate and it allows for a private feel even amongst a large group. We were able to swim in the ocean on the first 2 days when the water was calm and it was like heaven. We recommend having a drink and playing some skill games at Carl's (a 2 minute walk from the house). There is also a small market right next to that to get any essentials you may need. The locals in the town were all very nice to us and made us feel welcome. Our group will DEFINITELY be back to enjoy the house, Richie and his family, and the awesome town of Little Bay. Thank you!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

The location could not be beat - waking up on the 7 mile beach is exactly what I was looking for. Ethan’s place was just as pictured. Very comfortable with all amenities, close to all shopping areas and restaurants with a mini mart on site. I did have some trouble checking in but that was quickly resolved. Would definitely recommend.

We felt very comfortable at Errol's villa from the moment we arrived and were warmly greeted by AnnMarie. The home definitely delivers on the beautiful views promised and it was shiny clean, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has everything you need including good quality cookware, dishware, glasses, cutlery and knives, as well as a nice selection of spices. There are wonderful outdoor spaces - including the private gazebo which is great for morning coffee and for those incredible sunsets! In the afternoon, the backyard provided some nice shade to lounge in. The community was safe and everyone, from security guards to other residents, was friendly. It was a 10-12 minute walk, including about 5 minutes through the jungle trail, to get to the start of Bloody Bay beach. Both Errol and AnnMarie were responsive and easy to communicate with. Great recommendations for a local driver (Nie) and a massage therapist who came to the Villa (Moya). Highly recommend Errol's villa.

We enjoyed our stay! It bs a private beach or a quick taxi ride will get you to both Bloody Bay and 7 Mile beaches I suggest stopping at the grocery store for necessities and toilet paper on your way to the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Spence villa. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. Beds were comfy, and it was great having the bunk beds for our kids. It was also nice having the backyard space with trees for shade and a bbq and table. Bring your own beach towels, as they aren’t provided. Otherwise Spence villa had everything we needed. Wifi worked well, even when it was raining. LBCC is a beautiful peaceful place. The beach and pool were basically across the street. There is great snorkeling in the bay. Make sure you bring snorkel gear. We had full face snorkel masks for our kids and they saw lots of fish, anemones, sea urchins, octopus, crabs, eel etc. Even nurse sharks. There’s a nice sandy swim area, but bring water shoes if you want to go outside swim area. It’s quiet and not over crowded, there was always beach chairs available. Having the infinity pool right by the beach was really nice. We would love to come again.
