Absolutely amazing stay! The views from the back yard are breathtaking. If you need to get away, clear your head, feel close with nature…this is your destination! The house was remarkably clean! All the glass was well maintained, spotless no mildew. The neighborhood was super safe with a great security presence! Neighbors are amazing, we were even ordered food by the clubhouse staff! Omar, which is a neighbor, arranged snorkeling. It was absolutely stunning!!! Beautiful coral reefs with the most bright fish and amazing captain. Small path leading to great shopping on bloody bay beach and cute live music restaurant. Mwaka was super friendly and helpful with all questions. My family and I travel the world a lot and haven’t gone to the same place twice. My kiddos are begging to come back next year!

If you are looking for the most peaceful, serene, beautiful ocean view, private snorkeling bay, perfect cabana area with a view that can’t be beat this it is. You feel safe and secure in this well maintained friendly country club. Bedroom up stairs has a view to die for when you wake up and go to bed. Trenton is a super host, friendly and genuinely cares for his guests. Situated at the top of 7 mile beach in a quiet bay on a cliff overlooking the ocean this house has it all. Internet is fast and reliable with all the amenities you need. Rental car is beneficial in Jamaica, don’t be intimidated to drive in Jamaica, there are hidden courtesies and it opens up a whole new world. Cabs are easy to get, just ask security guards, club house or workers and they will assist you. Friendly staff and neighbors make the stay comfortable and felt like home. Live the good life a Trenton’s place! Once you check in you won’t want to check out, we didn’t want to leave and 100% staying here again!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The property was comfortable and had most of the essentials for a family beach holiday. It’s in a great location — quiet but close enough to the Negril strip. We’d seen reviews about insects and low water pressure, but we didn’t experience any issues. The private beach, pool, and views (wow, that view!) really made the stay. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but with one, everything is within easy reach in Negril. Overall, a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable trip.

I will definitely be returning to this beautiful villa. This came right out of a Royal Palm Estate episode! Love love loved it.

Kareen has been a good host. She was very flexible with our schedule and the place was just as good on our second stay.

Irie House was wonderful. We travel to Jamaica frequently and are very familiar with the house's location in Little Bay Country Club. The house itself is in one of the most prime locations in the Little Bay Country Club - facing the sea with direct access to the beach from a very well-appointed large deck and terrace. The bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet and peaceful at all times. This location is perfect for those travellers looking for a bit more independence and are comfortable driving and exploring (and taxis are also available). Grocery shopping is relatively close-by as are the restaurants and activities on Seven-Mile Beach and the cliffs beyond "downtown" Negril. The beach and pool at the Country Club are excellent as well, and always uncrowded. All-in-all a great find!

My husband and I stayed one night with Sigi in the loft of her beautiful home. The loft has an "experience with nature" feel to it in that you can leave windows and doors open, allowing for the breeze and night sounds to lull you to sleep; or you can opt for all to be closed for a more private feel. Our stay was in January so the evening air and room fan provided a perfect temperature for sleeping. The view from all sides is absolutely incredible!! We loved lying in the hammock in the morning and star gazing at night!! Sigi has an evident love of nature and animals; her home is surrounded by lush vegetation that she cultivated herself. Her dogs serve as wonderful security and companionship. Sigi's home is perfectly situated in an area of town close enough for walking to the water, restaurants, and quaint coffee shops. We highly recommend staying at Honey Hill.

Wonderful place to stay! I stayed as a family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us and Sydney was super responsive to all of our questions. Thoughtful hosts and a comfortable place to rest that’s a great value for price. Two thumbs up!

Zenie, our host on site, was incredible. This was a girls trip that we took for my 30th and she was so accommodating, responsive, and overall amazing. The best Airbnb experience I have ever had. This place is truly special, from the mango tree to the beach accessibility, we really could not ask for more. We will be back!

Our stay at Nathaly’s was serene. Our first night was an adjustment due to a variety of factors, but by the next morning we realized that the few imperfections that we encountered could never overshadow the surroundings. The accommodations were spacious for our family of 3 and everything that we needed was within reach. The resort, beach and pool were fantastic…..something very special and very different from 7 mile beach. The best of both worlds for sure. I would return in a heartbeat. Nathaly was so helpful throughout the process and stay.

I highly recommend this beach house for families or close friends. The host is amazing! she made sure everything was all set upon our arrival. The place is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. This picturesque place has a small stream that leads into the sea, which is just breathtaking. The panoramic view of the crystal clear water was spectacular, I snorkelled and kayaked almost everyday. Be sure to apply your sunscreen. There was something for everyone to do from my 75 year old dad to my 3 year old kid. I will most definately be revisting this gem. Thanks! this made my vacation in Jamaica a memorable one, we felt so safe and had so much fun!

Daniel was a great host. Communicative and helped us when we needed it. The spot is great. Right across the street front the beach. Powerful AC, very comfy beds, and fast internet, and good shower pressure/hot water. We felt safe and secure. Would recommend his spot to my friends in the future. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!

Our group of six just spent five wonderful days at Maison Bleu. The staff and host made really made the trip memorable for us, nevermind the beautiful setting and amazing sunsets. Thank you to Junior, Tony, Roger, and Natalie for taking such wonderful care of us. And also to Kendra for being so communicative and helping to arrange transportation to several excursions and quickly answering all of our questions. This is a great spot if you're looking for something a bit quieter than the real big tourist areas and resorts. You will be well cared for and feel refreshed. Booking Paradise Palms Estates was one of the best decisions I've made this month! With a wedding looming, I desperately needed a place for my family to stay. After getting scammed by another Airbnb owner, I was hesitant, but Mr. James from Paradise Palms put my concerns to rest. He was transparent, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic about hosting us. The estate exceeded my expectations in every way. The photos don't do it justice – the property is stunning, with breathtaking mountain views, ample space, and a serene atmosphere. My family and I, including my contractor father and brothers, were blown away by the design and layout. The perfect spot for backyard BBQs and relaxation. What sealed the deal was Mr. James' hospitality. He welcomed us warmly and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Plus, having him living next door meant any issues were quickly resolved. Overall, Paradise Palms Estates is a 10/10 experience. It's a home away from home in a picturesque countryside.

Oneeka is a wonderful and responsive host! We communicated the most before my arrival and that was just to answer questions about the directions. Once I arrived, there wasn't much else to ask because she thoughtfully labeled things with directions, and the house is so well stocked with all a guest would need, especially the kitchen where I cooked real meals nearly every day. But the couple times I did reach out, Oneeka responded quickly. The pictures do not do her place justice. The ceilings are high and the rooms spacious, even the bathroom. This helped to keep the space relatively cool. I only needed to have one AC on when I was inside and found it more than comfortable to have it off in the mornings with the front door open. I also enjoyed sitting on the verandah at length. The community is nice and neighbors friendly. I really cannot say enough about Oneeka's place. It really is a home away from home and I highly recommend anyone to stay here.
