This place was perfect for us. We felt right at home in this cozy home. It was clean and had everything that you could look for in an Airbnb. We didn’t have to go and purchase anything that we wouldn’t have had in our own home. This home was perfect for our needs and we appreciate the attention to detail and responsiveness of the host.

I love the beauty of this place . Nature lovers will appreciate this small slice of heaven. I will return on my next trip. Very nice host ❤️

5 Stars – A Fantastic Stay at Areca Homes in Discovery Bay! We had an amazing stay at Areca Homes in St. Ann, Discovery Bay! From the moment we arrived, our host Stacy-Ann made us feel welcome and cared for. She was absolutely lovely attentive, kind, and went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable. She even brought us fresh mangoes, which were a delicious treat, and made sure we quickly received batteries for the AC when needed. One of the best parts of our stay was the free access to Puerto Seco Beach, just a short distance away. The beach was stunning clean, relaxing, and perfect for a day in the sun. And the drinks? Wow! Strong, flavorful, and absolutely worth trying. Areca Homes was the perfect home base for our getaway comfortable, well-kept, and in a great location. We would definitely return and recommend it to anyone visiting Discovery Bay.

When I say we did not want to leave!!! It’s an understatement. Not only is Ralph and his team extremely communicative, he set us up with the best driving team on the island! Thank you Mr. Blake!!! The photos are no comparison to how beautiful the property is. The backyard alone is enough for me to book time and time again. Not only the house , but the kitchen and general house staff are amazing! The food was so good, going back home to mediocre food is so depressing lol Mr. Ralph was so accommodating with check out and allowed us to stay hours later until we were able to meet with the rest of our family at another property. This is a dream team and super extraordinary property! Our favorite part outside of the food and backyard is the balcony overlooking the pool and water. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. I cannot wait to come back and stay! Thank you again!!

Our stay was phenomenal and unforgettable! The house was beautiful and just like the pictures with the most comfortable beds. Amazing views of the water, very peaceful and calm around the gated community. Arlene their personal chef is amazing, she makes the most delicious food and is so warm and welcoming. We wanted to bring her back home with us! We have already talked about making another trip to this location to stay even longer!

Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. A fantastic family vacation. I had lots of questions and Jessica always responded and answered every single one. The house is amazing and the view gorgeous. The driver was totally worth it! We had a wonderful stay at Keith's place. So relaxing, ocean swimming is steps away, easy to get around, great food nearby. I highly recommended this place!

It was great as always it hard to live somewhere else once u live there i keep going back it home away from home Feel very secure no noise around nice place to relax and read a book I am ready to go back

I well enjoyed my vacation. Everything exceeded expectations!! It’s Peaceful, welcoming, safe, clean, comfortable bed, short walk to beach and great communication by Patricia. The many complimentary beverages in fridge was very appreciated and a testament of how she goes over and beyond for you. Perfect for one or two people.

Lovely place very peaceful looking out on the beach from the balcony. Bed very big and comfortable. Sofa bed easy to set up and step daughter said it was very comfy too. lovely pool to relax by in the evening. Hubby took some convincing to go in the first place but he loved it the most and wants to return!

it's always a great stay at LionHide! Mr Omar (the grounds keeper) is AMAZING and super helpful. The villa is super clean and has everything you need for your stay. The roof patio is a great place to hang out and watch the sunrise or sunset- Views are beautiful! yiu get yhe mountains and the ocean in one view!! The pool area is emaculate and has everything you need. I've always felt extremely safe staying here. The dogs that live on the grounds are super friendly. Considering I'm a repeat visitor I would highly reccomend LionHide 100%.

Situated in a good neighborhood it has all the amenities to have a comfortable stay. Responsive and meticulous host. I definitely recommend

Amazing place, peaceful, quiet, spacious showers, great skyline view and extremely responsive polite hosts I would recommend to anyone.

The host is very understanding and transparent. Any issues or any miscommunications arises. She will always respond really quickly to work out any possible solutions. Also her place she listed was very pristine and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone to book her if you’re looking to stay within Ocho Rios. Lastly, she is quick at providing all of the instructions in order to make everything stress free and easy to manage.

This condo was perfect ! It was modern, tastefully decorated and impeccably well kept. The spectacular ocean views is definitely a winner. Thanks Gary!

Very friendly host with perfect getaway location.

Regna’s place was continently located right on the beginning edge of town. Shopping center across the street and easy walking to additional food and shopping. The facilities were amazing and very accommodating.

Everything was as advertised and it was a beautiful space that felt like home. Whenever there was a slight issue of question it was answered immediately and I do recommend this place to anybody looking to visit.

Beautiful and spacious property! I would definitely stay here again! I would recommend purchasing the all inclusive plan as everything from meals to club events are a separate charge if you aren’t on the all inclusive plan. We weren’t sure what we could or could not participate in. Overall, this stay was a 10/10! Furniture was super comfortable and the views were amazing! I hope to return soon!

Everything you see in the photos is exactly how it is in real life. It’s really home away from home. Only problem I had was finding the place, otherwise the place was awesome and definitely will be visiting again soon.

Me and my husband loved our stay! We went to the beach every morning and the area was quiet and very peaceful. I enjoyed the view the ac worked great as well as the hot water and stove. I love that the house is stocked with items to use. Great stay will definitely stay again.
