Holiday rentals with beach access in Westmoreland Parish

I really enjoyed my stay felt right at home. The community was safe and clean. The apartment was clean and accommodating. Miss Johnson and Antonia were friendly. The communication and instructions were clear and precise. We had one minor issue we contacted Miss Johnson and she fixed had maintenance come right over to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this place. Next time I’m in Negril I will definitely stay here again.

As a solo female traveler I was very happy with the entire experience. Room was as pictured, clean and safe. Literally 10 steps from the beach and restaurant on property had good food.; everything very reasonably priced!!Great communication from the host. Friendly and thorough cleaner. Excellent time was had!

We were attending a wedding and this location was perfect because it wqs t minutes from the venue. It was a seamless chexk in process. Communication was great. It was clean and nice. quiet perfect. Definitely will stay there again.

Was exactly what we were looking for. The room is very close to the private beach on site about a 40 second walk to beautiful sand and nice for snorkeling. The grounds were clean and quiet. Short 10 minute walk to the beginning of seven mile beach by road. Can cut through the Hedonism which is next door to the property as well. Small gas station/convenience store on main road where you turn in with a little bit of everything if you forget something with a small market beside it if wanna find some local trinkets. The room was perfect for the 2 of us. Clean comfortable quiet nothing fancy. There were 6 of us in total and we rented 2 different units. Worked out great as the other unit was a 30 second walk away.

This studio apartment is a great space if you want to 100 steps from the sand and sea in Negril. It is part of a condo/apartments complex, and this apartment faces the garden and beyond, the sea. The place is squeaky clean. It is a smaller unit on the second floor with a bathroom, kitchen and sleeping/living room. There is also a nice sized veranda. The kitchen has all the things you need to cook if you want, though there are countless dining options all around. It was quiet and cute and I would recommend. The beds are on the firm side. The location is great, right on the beach. What I like about the property is that the beach is larger than many meaning the buildings are set back a bit from the water edge giving more lounging options than other properties. Also, there is a clean, fresh pool when you've had enough sea! Check out Octavio's wood carvings on the right side of beach front.

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

Beautiful accommodations, well situated to the beach 150 feet! Bar, chairs, umbrella and the vibes were fantastic! The best part for us was having Susan as our housekeeper who cooked authentic Jamaican meals every night and kept our fridge full and facility clean! Fitzroy is the grill master and go to guy for everything else. Never had to leave our sunny home and the service was over the top! Great place and will be back!

Great location!! Right on 7 mile beach, but set back enough for privacy and peace. Perfect location on the beach itself, close walk to the beach bars and restaurants, and a grocery store. Plenty to do right there in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, boat charters, beach rentals, etc. Great alternative if you want to enjoy the beach without being stuck in a hotel/resort.

We were very happy in this place. The area it’s so beautiful and the apartment is lovely. The wifi doesn’t work very good but I think it’s the perfect place to get disconnected. Francesca was very kind to us every time we asked for something. We would be happy to come back someday!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

We had a nice stay at this Airbnb. The property was comfortable and had most of the essentials for a family beach holiday. It’s in a great location — quiet but close enough to the Negril strip. We’d seen reviews about insects and low water pressure, but we didn’t experience any issues. The private beach, pool, and views (wow, that view!) really made the stay. You’ll definitely need a car to get around, but with one, everything is within easy reach in Negril. Overall, a great base for a relaxed and enjoyable trip.

We had a short but overall very nice stay. Highly recommend this place.

I very much enjoyed Mikes place. He provided everything needed for an enjoyable stay in Negril. He was very responsive and helpful with questions. His condo is located on the same grounds as “ Hedonism “ resort so be aware that you will have a small view of the pool area on Hedonism property from one of the patios, where clothing is optional and “everything goes” over there. The Beach is a 60 second walk away from Mikes place. Also, You will need a car, scooter or Taxi to get around as many of the restaurants are atleast 10 min away. The “ Jungle” nightclub and Margaritaville bar is about 7 min drive, the downtown Negril area is atleast a 15 min drive away. But there are many areas of beach access along the main road as well as through a few restaurants along the road. I highly recommend staying at Mikes Place “.

The host was amazing, gave us great tips & contacts for the local area. Was very responsive. Dealt very quickly with any questions that we had. The location was perfect. Right by all the fun, sea and sand! Communication was super easy. Very accommodating.

What an amazing two week stay we (2 adults 2 children) have had in this apartment! It was so spacious and clean and absolutely perfect. The facilities were fantastic, every thing you could need - literally a home from home. The lounge area was wonderfully comfortable to sit and chill, and breakfast out on the spacious terrace was just the perfect start to the day. It was about 30 paces down to the glorious beach, which had plenty of beach beds and lots of shade from the trees if you didn’t want to be out in the sun. It really is a perfect condo - so much so, we booked again before we even left.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our hosts were very responsive and helpful and had great recommendations for things to do locally. We loved having space for the kids, and our teenagers loved jumping from the rocks and tower and swimming in the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, it gave us the peace of being tucked away while still making it easy to get around. The AC worked perfectly, the hot water was available when needed, and having access to Prime movies was definitely a plus for downtime. The balcony was an added bonus — perfect for sitting outside, enjoying long conversations, or just taking in the fresh air. It was a lovely stay overall, and we would definitely return.

I went to Westmoreland for a family event and decided to stay in Negril. Maria's place is located in the heart of negril. it is in the halfway point between the Seven Mile Beach and the Cliff side where Rick's Cafe is located. It is a short walk to the straw market, the bank, Cambio (money exchange), Burger King and numerous restaurants, street food vendors and fruit stands. it is located in a gated community that once you enter the gate it gives a relaxed vibe. The unit is tastefully decorated, very clean and with updated appliances. Maria was engaged, I arrived late even and she checked in to make sure that I was fine, much appreciated. Check in was smooth, the security guards at the gate was very helpful and provided a seamless checking, they also assisted with information regarding local restaurants and places to visit. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend Maria's place to everyone.
