Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Westhampton Beach

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

Kristin’s house was perfect!!! It was even more beautiful in person and had absolutely everything we needed to have the best stay at Greenport! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also in the best location, making it easy to get to and from the Main Street and wineries! I traveled with 8 friends and we all said we’d book again without a doubt! Thank you Kristin for an unforgettable stay!

This was the most beautiful house in a private area in Wading River. It offers peace and tranquility and lives up to its name of Zen Retreat. It was exactly what we were seeking. Conveniently located near parks, farms and wineries I would definitely go back to Brian’s AirBNB. He was an excellent host and very responsive to our needs. Thank you Brian.

We had a relaxing overnight with our two pups! The bay/sound area is so peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed swimming before the tide came in and we kayaked along the shoreline. The inside was stunning and had everything you needed and more! We door dashed lobster rolls from the Bonfire Grille nearby (10/10) and ended the night in the hot tub! Coffee on the sunny patio was a great perk, too! Thanks again!!

We had a great time in David and Claires beautiful house in Bellport. Such a nice place and perfekt location for daily trips by the coast with stops on the way out to the Hamptons. Or a daytrip to the city, close enough. Nice and quiet location, the house is very cosy and a lot of space for a bigger family or perfect for family reunion. We loved the ping pong table and other activitites as the pool, jacuzzi and the outdoors. If the weather had been better we would have used the facilities outside more for sure. We would love to come back to the house again. David and Claire are excellent hosts, very helpful and quick at responding.

Had an amazing time! The location is great. On a very quiet road and close to the water, incredibly peaceful The house is great, everything you could want and also everything is very simple to figure out. So you feel right at home instantly The layout is great with indoor/outdoor living being seamless! The pool was lovely and warm, sauna was great and hot tub perfect! Couldn’t ask for any better, Brilliant attention to detail and a lot of effort to make it a great place for anyone to stay! Benjamin was lovely to deal with, will definitely stay again!

Paul is a great host. This is our 2nd time staying at Paul's home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. Clean, beautiful and in a lovely town. Paul is easy to communicate with and was thoughtful throughout the whole stay. We look forward to staying at Paul's home again in the future. My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this house. The house was immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Matthew and Celia are great hosts. We really appreciated the basket of snacks and dog cookies that were left for us and our fur babies (Thank you!). They truly thought of everything and it felt like “home” the entire time we were there. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular. We spent many hours sitting in the sunroom and out on the deck enjoying the sights. My pups enjoyed daily walks at the sea wall park that was steps from the house. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with me and my family.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

George was an excellent Air BnB host!!!! His responses were prompt and answered any questions we had. The location was ideal in Greenport as everything was walking distance. We had an amazing time!

We hosted a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. It was stunning! Lots of curiosities in the house. Had a grand piano that we could use for entertainment. The place was clean, pool was well situated, beautiful balcony for meeting up with friends and family. We booked it for Yale graduation weekend and no hotel in the area could match the experience we had.
