Beach house holiday rentals in Westhampton Beach

We love staying at Cail and Jayne’s beach home in Milford! This is our second time at one of their homes, first time on the marsh side of street. It’s a beautiful setting and great for bird watching! This is also why I love staying at superhost properties. Communication is always fast and easy, the place is spotless, tons of amenities, easy to follow instructions, comfortable beds, and the home is decorated beautifully. My Mom and I were sad to leave. Tl;dr: Great home, great hosts, great location. Highly recommended!

John’s cottage is situated on a beautiful piece of land with a substantial water view and a lovely place to walk. The cottage was comfortable with lots of amenities and well cared for. Driving around the property one late afternoon, we came upon four large deer who arose one by one, glanced at us and went on their way. Very nice. John was a personable, friendly and helpful host. We’d definitely stay again.

This was our second time renting Brian's place for a getaway and this stay was as excellent as the last. We love this house so much and Brian could not be a better host. His communication is stupendous; he was always immediately available to respond to any questions we had.

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

What a dream stay! From the get go Vanessa was responsive and helpful with the booking. Our Girls Gone MILD Bach trip needed a home that would keeps us in vs out and this GORGEOUS home with it’s beautiful garden and pool/jacuzzi/patio made it the most memorable stay. We loved playing board games in the living room and dining at that warm long table! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed as well (plenty of wine glasses for all the Wolffer Rose we got) and don’t get me started on the book in the basement rooms. There were towels, beach gear, umbrellas, and all the things you could possibly need for an unexpected rainy day or to have a good time at the pool/beach! Also the walk to the public access to the private beach was a short walk through such lovely neighborhoods! I’m hoping to come back and stay here again! The girls and I loved waking up to the pristine garden views and the occasional bunny that would hop across the lawn! We were definitely sad to leave ˙◠˙

My family and I had such a wonderful stay at this house. The house was immaculate and well stocked for our stay. Matthew and Celia are great hosts. We really appreciated the basket of snacks and dog cookies that were left for us and our fur babies (Thank you!). They truly thought of everything and it felt like “home” the entire time we were there. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular. We spent many hours sitting in the sunroom and out on the deck enjoying the sights. My pups enjoyed daily walks at the sea wall park that was steps from the house. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. Thanks to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with me and my family.

We had a lovely stay. Eddie was always very responsive to any questions and ensured we had everything we needed. The house is spacious and was very clean upon our arrival. The outdoor spaces would have been great if we had better weather, and the backyard had privacy. I would recommend booking with Eddie!

John’s place is absolutely stunning! The deck and the dock made for beautiful mornings with coffee and evenings with wine. It’s a short drive from a few beaches or to the ferry to fire island. Overall would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at this home - it was the perfect place for our group of ten. The outdoor space was definitely the highlight, with the pool & spa being our favorite part of the trip. The only thing to note is that we weren’t supplied quite enough toilet paper or paper towels, though I did not reach out for more - It was the last evening when we ran out and we were leaving early the next morning. The trash requirements were a surprise after booking, but going to the transfer station was easy enough, and it is listed on the house rules. Overall, an excellent stay and would absolutely return!

The beach house was perfect, just as described. It was clean and very homely, in a lovely location. Natasha was a great host from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends/family looking for a place to stay in Patchogue. Many thanks Natasha

Diana’s place was wonderful! She was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Her property manager, Nick, was also great and made everything smooth and easy. We really enjoyed the variety of amenities—especially the board games, pool, and outdoor shower. Highly recommend this stay!

Alexander’s place was the perfect jumping off point for a week of adventuring through the Hamptons! The house is gorgeous and well equipped, and communication with the host was excellent. We had a complete blast! Most of all we enjoyed the local food! We especially loved several neighborhood restaurants—Rumba, Out of the Blue, Black Sheep bagels and Cowfish were all big hits with our crew. We’ll be back!

Benjamins place was a wonderful stay for our family. Coming from the City it was amazing to have so much grass with peace and quiet. It is a short walk to the Main Street and Sag Harbor downtown. We had planned to go out and enjoy some activities during the couple of days we stayed but instead found the place so relaxing we spent most of it in the home. The separate house was nice for a master bedroom and quiet. We would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a relaxing and quiet vacation in the Hamptons near Sag Harbor. Hope to be back again!

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

A very nice and spacious house, quietly located in the countryside. In 5 minutes by foot you are on the water. The neighborhood is very quiet and in the morning you can hear a lot of birds. Communication in advance was great. It was even responded to the wish of a toaster. The rooms are nice and the beds very cozy. There were three of us and we had good space. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. There was even water ready upon arrival. In the living room there is a large TV with Netflix.

Andrea’s home is incredible and pristine! Not only is this one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed, but the view is something you cannot beat. Andrea is a fantastic host and is super responsive. You can tell she truly cares about the home and wants you to enjoy your stay. She provides incredible amenities and keeps the house very well stocked. I would recommend this place 10x over to anyone thinking about it!

I have never stayed in an Airbnb before. Bc I like a clean pristine place and prefer a hotel. I am converted after our stay. This house is so amazing pristine and clean. We enjoyed the fabulous design and comforts of home while being there for 5 night for our son’s wedding. I would stay at the house again in a heart beat. And to our surprise it was way bigger than it looks in photos. Thank you Ashley for having us.

Loved this spot! Was the perfect weekend trip and close to lots of different places in the Hamptons. Grace was super responsive and the house was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend as a place to stay. Will hopefully be back soon. ☺️

My family of 4 (including a 2 and 6 year old) stayed at Chris’ place for two nights for a quick getaway for spring break. Chris was incredibly helpful, by providing suggestions for us/the kids on local attractions, and was quick to help us problem solve when we couldn’t find a blender attachment for our morning smoothies. The house is beautiful, well equipped (especially with kid-specific items (high chair, stroller, books), and he also provided some provisions for our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking to stay in this area!

Beautiful property on the beach. Lots of seating outside. Easy to find with GPS. Friendly neighborhood. Would definately stay there again if our travels take us to the East end of the Island. Water was calm and peaceful. Would love to stay a week here next time. Plenty of parking for the guests 5 cars. We saved money eating Breakfast at the house each day and enjoyed quality family time. The king bedroom has a wonderful view of the Peconic Bay. Dual thermostats make climate control easy.

Le Petit Cottage was an ideal stay. We enjoyed the location and David was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
