Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Western Massachusetts

George went about and beyond! We arrived to find a beautiful basket of fruits and bagels and cream cheese in the refrigerator. We were only there for one night but I wish we could have stayed longer to have had a chance to relax in such a spacious accommodation. Looking forward to returning.

Our family stayed here for a mini getaway. There's loads to due near this property (within a ten minute drive) for kids and adults alike. The rain spoiled some of our outside plans which was more than OK with us because Dillon's place was so CLEAN, comfortable, quiet, well maintained/cared for, and roomy. We stayed in and BBQ'ed on the provided gas grill, built a fire in the provided fire pit, and roasted marshmallows/s'mores (provided by the wonderful host as well). We went to the Blueberry Hill restaurant for breakfast (one of many suggestions in Dillon's well put together guidebook) and the food was FABULOUS! Great job Dillon! You're the epitome of hospitality! We look forward to another stay!

Perfect getaway for the weekend. Quiet, beautiful view, and all of the accommodations were just as described/expected.

We stayed at Sama’s apartment to attend my son’s WPI graduation. It is conveniently located and accommodated my family perfectly. The apartment is furnished and decorated beautifully with attention to detail. Sama was very friendly and attentive, providing all pertinent information, making us feel welcome in her home. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Genuinely one of the most charming and delightful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Julian was super communicative and he gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying in Newburgh with Marin! Especially liked the unlock by phone feature, the clean and bright space, and its proximity to local eats/drinks. We also made good use of the projector. Looking forward to a second stay in the future.

We had a lovely stay for our 10th anniversary. The cabin had so much charm and we spent a lot of time by the lake. We also enjoyed farmers market and cute downtown of new Milford.

Everything was what we expected. Very clean and organized. Hot tub was awesome. Great yard. Mattresses could have been more comfy but weren’t terrible. Overall it was a perfect weekend and we would definitely go back! A great choice!!!

We had an amazing relaxing weekend. The beds are comfy, pool heated, quiet serene area. All around perfect weekend getaway. The house was clean and had everything we could have possibly needed.

Our family converged on Shelburne Falls from several faraway places for a nearby college graduation. We rented 5 nights in order to make it a family reunion. This lovely home turned out to be the perfect setting, as it has a large amount of common living space, in several adjacent rooms, so that we could be all together or in smaller groups. We enjoyed meals in the large kitchen, sitting by the fire, short walks to good restaurants and handy grocery stores. We sat on the porch enjoying the garden. The area is quiet and safe. The trains coming through at the bottom of the garden were entertaining, but didn't wake people up because the trains go very slowly through a sunken section and don't honk nearby. The town is delightful, and plenty of hiking and things to do (Clark Art Museum!) nearby. As longtime AirBnBers, what we appreciated most is that this is really a family home, with an attentive host and a helpful neighbor/manager. In other words, AirBnb at its best!

This house was perfect for our needs. We were in town for Berkshires graduation. It was 15 min from the school and 15 min from Great Barrington. Wish the weather would have been better for the pool! They were very available for any of our questions and needs. Definitely recommend!

Enjoyed a fun and peaceful stay. Janet and Bernard were communicative and helpful, and the house has an amazing indoor bathtub and relaxing outdoor hot tub. Game room downstairs was also fun! I had some issues with allergy/asthma triggers--my fault for not noticing that the house is listed as "pet friendly" and has carpets in the bedroom (everything was EXTREMELY clean, but I'm just really sensitive to residual allergens). Although the house is located on a street with other nearby houses, the hot tub and back porch have fences to maintain a private atmosphere. I recommend dining and hiking in the Hudson area, which is a short ride away. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, with fantastic hosts!

What a joy. Better than the photos. Having all of the musical instruments was so fun, and so was watching a movie on the projector. Beds were comfortable. Nice kitchen. A pleasure to watch the birds outside the window, as well as deer and a woodchuck. If you're 6'2" and a little bit clumsy like me, you might want to use the downstairs bedroom. The ceilings are a bit low for tall people upstairs. The book collection is wonderful. Lots of other thoughtful touches like a flashlight for being out at walking night and tick spray. We had a wonderful time staying here.

We enjoyed a lovely stay, as did our dog! The house was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies - even had olive oil and a spice rack. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Lots of games and puzzles. The WiFi worked great! My husband had to work while we were there, including video calls. He work in a few different spots in the house, including upstairs, and the WiFi worked well. The neighborhood is in a wooded area that made you feel part of nature, while the neighborhoods are quite close so you don’t feel alone. They had a dog bed for our pup, which was appreciated. There is a spacious open backyard. We had some deer visit, so we always had to be outside keeping track of our dog knowing wildlife was ever-present. The hot tub was clean and refreshing on a cold rainy night. If we had a clear night I think we would have seen every star in the sky it was so dark. We had a great time on our own, but it would also be great for a group of friends. We’d stay again!
