Treehouse holiday rentals in Western Cape

We loved staying at Rob's place. The surrounding area is just beautiful with the indigenous forest right in front of the house and it was so inspiring to see how Rob built everything himself. We loved the way the "tiny home" is arranged.

Colettes place was exactly what we needed to get away from the city's hustle and bustle. It was so peaceful. There were so many toys my daughter could play with and very child friendly which I appreciate. The place was clean and very neat. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay.

The house is beautiful with a stunning view, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the Heads. The privacy of the house allowed us to fully relax and feel right at home. Celeste was a wonderful host and made sure we were well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place with a great view.

Dieses Baumhaus auf vier Ebenen ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Ganz unten das Bad mit Fensterfront in den Dschungel. Ich empfehle ein abendliches Entspannungsbad! Darüber das offene Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch, Bänken, Polstermöbeln, Braai und Hängematte. Hier hat man keine Aussicht, kann sich aber mittags in etwas Kühlerem aufhalten. Darüber das Haupthaus mit Fensterfront in alle Richtungen. Hier ist auch die Küche und der Aussichtsbalkon mit Stühlen und Tischchen. Innen Sofa, keine wirkliche Essgelegenheit. Vom Innenraum gehen zwei Leitern rechts oder links zu den Schlafebenen. Ich empfehle die nach Osten, ist größer und die Leiter stabiler. Alles mit viel Liebe gemacht, teils etwas in die Jahre gekommen und morsch geworden. Daher bitte vorsichtig behandeln. Kim gibt genaue Anweisungen, ist sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist doch recht nah an der Straße, die deutlich zu hören ist. Außerdem gibt es ein weiteres Ferienhaus (forrest house) in unmittelbarer hörbarer Nachbarschaft. Vorsicht vor Affen.

This place was absolutely magical - the treehouse feels whimsical and Harry Potterish and the setting is outstanding . Be aware that this is a water shortage area - take your own drinking water and towels to reduce your use of their water . Wonderful walks and all so peaceful - next time we will stay longer !

Le logement chez Jill et Kye est dépaysant et original dans sa décoration ! Si vous aimez le mode camping / feu de camp vous aimerez cet endroit. Si vous préférez le confort et le luxe, n’y séjournez pas car ce n’est pas le concept des lieux. Nous y avons logé 1 nuit en août à 5 - 2 adultes et 3 adolescents (18/16/14) et nous avons apprécié le temps que nous y avons passé. En soirée, Martin nous a aidé pour allumer un feu pour que nous puissions cuisiner un « Braai » (BBQ). Malheureusement les vagues étaient trop fortes et nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester le surf. Par contre, les dunes sont à 10 min de marche depuis le logement et la mer encore à un bon 10 min. Du moins à l’aller. Il faut plus de temps pour revenir car les dunes sont hautes !!!

LeeAnn's place was beautiful, rustic and charming! Bronson (the dog) was the 1st person i met🤗 such a warm welcome. The woodfired hot tub was a nice touch. would reccommend to anybody and will definately be back. Claudia really is an asset! She helped me with any questions and check in was smooth. Also allowed me to check in slightly earlier was really appreciated. Thank you

El lugar es precioso, perfecto para parejas. La verdad, me habría gustado saber que había cabinas más pequeñas disponibles, me imagino que a un precio más asequible, ya que en AirBnB solamente me salió esta. Pero el lugar es muy lindo y lo tienen muy bien cuidado, y Tasha es amable (incluso se ofreció a ayudarme con el coche, aunque al final logré subir la pendiente).

The most amazing view. Superbly private and modern open living space.

A beautiful and peaceful location. Very private. Warm welcome from host who lives next door and therefore easy to check in and access property. Having our own balcony with view of the river and estuary below was very special and a perfect spot to watch the birds. The 56 steps up to the accommodation were ok for us but could be challenging for less able visitors. Easy parking in front of the property at the bottom of the stairs.
