Holiday rentals with breakfast in Western Cape

Our stay was wonderful! The home is beautiful and we enjoyed it so much! Bouwien was a great host with clear communication and always responsive. we would recommend this home to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Montagu.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful holiday house. The space is incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights is the direct access to the beach—waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping straight onto the sand was truly a dream come true. The setting is perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to disconnect and enjoy nature. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped for a relaxing getaway. Desiree, the host, is simply wonderful. She was warm, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Her hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and she was always available to offer local tips and assistance. Overall, I highly recommend this holiday house for anyone looking for a beachfront escape in a beautiful setting with a fantastic host.

Peaceful, great pool Area , very secure

Perfect and beautiful spot for a stay over on route. The cottage is spotless clean and has welcoming sherry and everything you need to settle in. Both rooms are tastefully decorated with large en-suite bathrooms.

We had an awesome time at Daniel’s place. The house is spacious and well apportioned and the location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and all the shops / restaurants in Sea Point. House is very well kitted out especially for kids with loads of toys and books to keep the little ones entertained. Ireen was also a god send - she kept the house spotless and also looked after our little one! We’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay celebrating a friend's birthday. One suggestion would be to equip the kitchen with a few more platters and larger serving bowls to enable cooking and serving larger groups of people. Also perhaps some lamps in the lounge to create more ambience. It was either very bright lights while eating at the dining table / sitting in the lounge or in the dark with just the kitchen lights as lighting. Other than that we had a lovely stay and highly recommend your establishment for a comfortable stay for large families.

Zebra house exceeded our expectations in every way. This lovely, old and characterful house is beautifully decorated with art pieces; the kitchen was cosy and the beds were wonderfully comfortable with high quality linens. The Bo Kaap neighbourhood is central for many activities and has some great cafes and restaurants. Helet greeted us on arrival and give us lots of information about the area and Cape Town generally. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return.

The stay was great. House is easy walking distance to beach. Lots to keep one busy and entertained. Beautiful surroundings. Can highly recommend.

We had such an incredible stay at Rene's place! Great location, clean, and really kind and helpful host. We loved the outdoor shower! Walking distance to the rock pools and beach and a short drive to Hermanus and the town. We can't wait to come back to visit.

Lazarus was an incredible host! From check in where he assisted us with our luggage, to his guide that he left for us of all the local gems in Sea Point and surrounds, we all felt right at home immediately in his space. The location is incredible, and is a short walk to restaurants, the promenade, and shops. The beds were comfortable and the linen immaculate. All in all an incredible stay and we will definitely stay there again in the future!

Meike and Martin are divine and their guesthouse is warm and welcoming! Clean, neat and full of amenities like off-street parking, a pool, lovely garden and delicious, generous breakfast spread! They are excellent hosts. The listing is exactly like what it says. Comfortable with a private garden patio. I would definitely stay again! It's only a few minutes drive or walk to town and close to the Life Bay View hospital.

I usually take the traditional route between Cape Town and Johannesburg, stopping in Colesberg or Richmond. This time, I explored a new path and discovered Nieu-Bethesda—a hidden gem. The town’s gravel roads, fantastic restaurants, free-roaming horses, and the sound of owls at night created a magical atmosphere, especially while enjoying incredible lamb dishes. The highlight was my stay at Ludolf and Carla’s Airbnb. Their beautifully restored, pet-friendly home is tastefully decorated and equipped with every comfort. Thoughtful touches—welcome sherry, luxurious bedding, Africalogic amenities, homemade rusks, and fresh milk—made me feel truly pampered. Their property also features a stunning underground cellar for special events. Ludolf and Carla provided excellent communication and a detailed town map. Their hospitality, combined with Nieu-Bethesda’s charm, made this an unforgettable experience. I’m officially a fan and will definitely be back!

Fabulous place, right in the heart of Franschoek, close to the Wine Tram. Very warmly welcomed by hosts. Definitely the best breakfast we've had in years - and on the patio overlooking the lovely garden with swimming pool. The room was extremely comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Can strongly recommend.

We had a great stay! Mandy was very friendly and allowed for a flexible late check-in. She also spoiled us with a delicious breakfast on the veranda. We had privacy as well as peace and quiet. A lovely stop-over stay!
