I had the most delightful stay! The family were all lovely, including Blue🐶. Mark gave me an excellent tour of the place. He, Cathy and Jarad have me such a warm welcome . The place was peaceful and felt just like home. I was very comfortable and slept well!! I’d been travelling for a while and this was the perfect spot to spent a week recouping and working remotely. I will definitely be back! Thank you all so much.✨

We had the best few days in Hermanus and enjoyed our little cottage in walking distance to the stunningly beautiful Voel klip and Grotto bay beaches. Our twins learned about the sea, tides, jelly fish, wildlife and soaked up every ray of sunshine and swam like little fish. Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which we are so grateful for. Thank you for a magical week x God bless and hopefully see you again sometime x

This cottage is perfect! Spacious, quiet, loaded with everything you need, easy to cook, great bed, warm shower, safe, and private. Megan is such an amazing host. She proactively provided all the information I needed and was super responsive, kind, and friendly. This location is ideal to get in and out of town easily as well as to the airport, gardens, and universities. It is an ideal retreat to write, read, and rest after adventures! Uber is easy from the cottage to anywhere as well, and it is very close to shops. The value is unbeatable, and I would never stay in a hotel again. Thank you Megan for a fantastic retreat.

We escaped the city for Rose Cottage early on in our holiday, I was in need of the quiet serenity of the suburbs and Anthea’s home met all my needs and expectations. A slice of heaven in leafy floral Bischopscourt - just off from the Botanicsl Gardens. The perfect peaceful home to get away from the hustle and bustle, gorgeous pool area - and we LOVED Jordy the little dog coming to see us on a morning. We felt totally at home. The sweetest cottage within walking distance of Scarborough beach. Beautifully decorated and very private, we had such a lovely couple of days. Lisa couldn’t have been more helpful and her lovely daughter Eva kindly offered to babysit our two children which was a lovely break after two full on weeks on the move! Scarborough itself is a lovely village with great local shops and an amazing Italian restaurant. Hopefully one day we will be back!

Waking up to a view of Table Mountain and Nicky’s beautiful garden - bliss! Being on the Alphen Trail (for walking and running) - double bliss! If you love being surrounded by greenery, with a hadeda or two in the garden, and the occasional glimpse of Nicky’s charming ridgeback and dachshunds, book Francolin House. As a born-and-bred southern suburbs local believe me when I say, it is the ideal base for exploring this side of the mountain. Some of the Cape’s oldest vineyards are on your doorstep with more superb walking and the most delicious restaurants and delis. Further afield there’s Tintswalo in Hout Bay (think 5 star Michelin-style tasting menu with tables metres from the Atlantic). For old-fashioned Cape Town charm you can’t beat the Fasle Bay coast. Cape bean-to bar chocolatier Honest Chocolate has an outpost in Kalk Bay. Go for the almond choc cheesecake, pocket a few handcrafted chocolate bars like the fynbos, rooibos and naartjie. Needed an overnight stay, and I got a peaceful stay without any noises.

We had lovely stay at the weavers cottage over the Easter weekend. We were lucky to have great weather and managed to head to the waterfalls twice during our stay which was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We had morning visits from the farm ponies and peacocks and the staff we friendly upon arrival. Hope to be back again soon!

This place is what I always dream of when booking a relaxing getaway. The location is beautiful, with a huge open view of the sea from Alan's garden. It's also very private, and the space feels very much like it is 'yours' for the duration of your visit. Alan was a really helpful host, and offered me lots of advice for where to walk and explore in the area, eslecially to get down to Ifana Beach itself. The three dogs were all absolute sweethearts, and it was a joy to stare out at the sea with my morning toast as they all waited for head scratches. This is a place that I'll certainly be coming back to next time I'm in the country! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who is in the area.

No complaints Definitely recommend this stay! My family and I needed a last minute booking & Madeleine responded very quickly and efficiently. Very communicative and accommodating host. The cottage itself is exactly as show in photos & stocked with everything you will need. Very comfortable, perfectly clean, safe and secure. My kiddos appreciated the mini picnic table and children’s dish-ware. Great for short term or longer term stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful accommodation! The view of the ocean was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The place was spotlessly clean, and we loved spending time on the lovely terrace and by the pool. Everything was just as described, if not better. The hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back anytime and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

I absolutely loved my stay. It was exactly what my soul needed. Secluded and private, all whilst feeling like you are sleeping beneath the stars. The space was perfect and well equiped with cute little extra touches. It was luxurious. The restaurant food was impecable. Absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I have had. I will definitely be visiting again. Nunke welcomed me and was absolutely delightful, as were the rest of the staff. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so very much!

Superb, homely and memorable!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house itself was spacious (even more so than the photos), clean and beautifully presented. The beds were comfy and with lovely linen, there was a well equipped kitchen, we loved the outside fire pit area and we really enjoyed the views. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and restaurants, but just far enough away to be quiet and private. We would definitely recommend this Air BnB and hope to stay again.

What can I say but very positive words? The location was ideal but the best of this place in Cape Town is by far Pelle and Pernilla themselves. They are very attentive, welcoming and excellent knowledge of things to do. They gave us a very warm welcome and excellent recommendations that made our experience of Cape Town even much better! Will definitely look forward to returning!

Beautiful home and a great space for a family or small group. Located just down the road from botanical gardens in a gorgeous neighborhood. Kitchen had everything we needed. Our group included a couple of small kids so we appreciated that there were plenty of at-home activities when we were not out and about in Cape Town (pool, hot tub, playground, smart TV, books). Wish we could’ve stayed longer — hope to come again!

Lovely cottage at the top of Gordon’s Bay. All we needed for a night stay over. Well equipped with everything needed, and Sarita was really flexible in allowing us to stay a bit later after a race we did in town
