Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

John’s place in East Hampton was perfect for our MDW getaway. Beautiful property, clean and cozy cottage, and very close to restaurants and bay beaches. Great area for running. John was great and very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The house was clean, well-decorated, had all the things we needed, and private, with a long wooded lot leading down to the bay. We women friends were totally comfortable there. When we couldn’t find the entrance to the driveway off the main road, she stayed on the phone & directed us until we found it. Excellent choice!

I enjoyed every minute of my quick escape to Montauk! Check in and out was simple and convenient. The room was clean, private, and peaceful. Plus location has a beautiful view and is within steps to the beach.

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

Fantastic location! We were literally a two minute walk from the beach. The studio apartment was as advertised and we would stay there again. We highly recommend!

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We had a great stay! Instructions were clear and the home had everything we needed.

Loved Samy’s corner unit, which gave us a bit more privacy and quiet than other parts of the property. The studio was as described, with great light and well-cleaned prior to our arrival. Enjoyed use of the tennis courts every day. Only minor disappointment was that we were not yet allowed to use the pool, which we were told would be ready by Memorial Day (we were there one week prior). Still, a worthwhile stay and I’d come back and recommend it to others.

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

You can not beat this location - quiet private beach right across the street, nice pool and about a 20 minute walk to town or super short car ride. The place is clean, as pictured and John was great to deal with. Will definitely be back!

Great! Met our needs of staying somewhere for a couple of nights while visiting the area. Just be aware that there are not that many restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity so you may need to go to towns 30 or so minutes away.

Everything was great and as expected with this home. It was very clean, the views were stunning, right on the water. Unfortunately it rained, but we took advantage of the screened in porch with coffee. Jesse was quick to respond with any questions and had thorough and clear information about checking and getting into the home. We’d definitely look to stay here again, if we’re in the Mystic area.

This place is sparkling clean and has everything you’d need. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well-equipped, and the living space was quite cozy. Lovely outdoor seating areas. And that hot tub! Strong jets, so relaxing! The house is so convenient to visit mystic seaport attractions, and there’s a sweet little bakery with an awesome hot beverage selection just around the corner (nana’s), an easy walk. Nice to get up and grab a country loaf or rosemary foccacia. There’s also a seafood and ice cream shack right there, plus a nice little market a very easy walk in the other direction. You may notice on the map that there’s a train track close by, but I never heard a train at night. Very quiet street. Plus they’ve thoughtfully provided white noise machines in the bedrooms. There are just so many thoughtful touches. Very comfortable and convenient

Beautiful stay in Groton! Well appointed house, lots of room for all, and gorgeous views on the waterfront. Great location and close proximity to Esker Beach & Restaurant, 10 minute drive to Mystic which was great for our 3 families over MDW

My partner and I spent a little less than a week at Christian's place and were already talking about booking it again for next year by day two. The location is simply unbeatable. It's super private, surrounded by trees and plants, has private access directly to the beach, and is a cozy, lovely place to stay. The perfect size for two -- felt very spacious. We went after Labor Day, so the beach was on the quiet side, but a number of local places had closed for the season (just be aware of that trade-off when booking off-season). Couldn't have asked for a better vacation spot. We will definitely be back! This is a special place.

Megan home is tastefully done. Relaxing colors, perfect layout. Large windows to see the water from every room. The most comfortable bed I have ever sleep in. Will be asking where I can get one. You can relax on the deck overlooking the sound or explore the town of Greenport 3 miles down the street. A farm to table restaurant is a beach walk away. We look forward to coming back. Can’t say enough good things about Craig and this cottage. 1. Craig is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Couldn’t ask for more. 2. The cottage might look small but it’s so well-laid out that it feels bigger than it is. Great for two couples. Works to add older (non toddler) kids. Loved the loooong sofa in the living room. Bedrooms are small but private from each other, separated by the compact bathroom which has an astonishing amount of hot water. Dining area and kitchen are right next to each other. Kitchen layout is a bit quirky but has everything. 3. Some details that might be overlooked include - zoned AC (one in each bedroom and one in the LR - ceiling fans in every room - thoughtfully placed remotes that you don’t have to search for - study in the front porch with a monitor and sit-stand desk - strong WiFi - fast ice maker (Craig thoughtfully put a basket in the freezer to hold an extra ice) - really good whole bean coffee Would stay again!

We spent a wonderful long weekend with family at this property, which was perfect for our celebration. The house was spacious and comfortable, and the beachfront location was beautiful and relaxing; listening to the ocean waves at night from the upstairs bedrooms was delightful. Darius responded very quickly to all of our questions and requests, which we really appreciated. There are quite a few stairs (maybe 15 or so) to get into the main level of the property from the garage level entrance, and another set of about 15 to get to the bedrooms on the second story of the house, but they are broken up by landings about every five steps, and they do have handrails, so they're manageable even with a walker or with heavy luggage. One of the four bedrooms is on the main level of the house as well if anyone needs to limit going up and down stairs. We would definitely return in the future!
