Endless moment of magic! Tree Space has such a peaceful energy with the sound of birds and trees swaying a constant in the background. So comfy and cosy, would definitely suggest getting the fire pit although not sure why this is an additional charge. The surrounding area is stunning with endless walks and things to discover.

Great spot with all the basics needed for a short stay

For people who like nature and hiking this is a jam! Easy to get there from London either going to Lewes (30 min walk) or Brighton (3-4h hike with great views). The sauna is the cherry on top after a long day out in the nature. Sian was very friendly and welcoming, and gave us plenty of suggestions. The hut is cozy with comfortable bed and good board game selection for late evenings. Local people are very friendly and it is lovely to walk to the nearby pubs along the hiking path. We highly recommend to visit The Abergaveny Arms, food is something else! Also Off the Wagon pop up pub is great. We will definitely come back.

Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

Located in a wonderful private garden full of flowers and birdsong. Next to walks and good for cycling; definitely planning to come back.

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

we were lucky to stumble across this gem due to a last minute cancellation. it was exactly what we were hoping for and more. the location, the cabin, the surroundings were magical and the break from reality we so needed. thank you so much Clare for all your help and for allowing us to see your part of the world in such a perfect way. Probably the nicest air bnb we’ve stayed in. The property was immaculate and comfortable set just above the water and boats yet peaceful and close to amenities. Communication with hosts was excellent and they went above and beyond to create a welcoming stay with coffees, teas and abundant snacks on arrival which were very welcome after our long drive. We arrived late in the evening but the instructions by which we checked in were concise and easy to follow and the lights had been left on to welcome us in. We shall definitely return.

I booked this place for my partners birthday for a long weekend. It was lovely to spend a night in the hot tub watching the lovely sunset across the fields and the next day we went to Brighton to enjoy some of the night life. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

Spotlessly clean and in general a lovely little chalet, we felt right at home and really cozy. It was easy to find and access. I will definitely book again.

A beautifully designed and decorated building and outdoor space. The hosts were very responsive and my stay was great.

We visited for a birthday trip to the surrounding vineyards (Wiston & Kinsbrook) - Christopher was super responsive and friendly and even accommodated an early check in to support our lunch/tasting! The air bnb is as pictured in a nice, peaceful location surrounded by the countryside (our ideal). The host also provided a guest book with great recommendations for local breakfasts etc. As someone from Sussex, it's a great base to explore the local countryside, South Downs and numerous vineyards!

Amy and Victoria were great hosts very proactive and friendly and the Tiny House was superb to stay in for our 3 nights in Brighton. Highly recommended and will definitely go back and stay here again. If you haven’t been yet do it.

I had the best time staying at the woodland cabin and I would highly recommend it for anyone that loves being in nature. Maranda was the most amazing host, very kind and helpful.

Incredible location and a really nice home with all you need! Perfect for a mini break in the countryside. Hosts very helpful and recommend the fresh eggs for breakfast.

We had such a lovely stay at Jo’s. Everything we hoped for and more. We felt very spoilt by the attention to detail and the breakfast hamper in the morning was delightful! Quite literally! The accommodation itself was beautifully furnished and comfortable and the wet room was outstanding. Would highly recommend a visit and a trip to the local pub. The food and atmosphere were great. We hope to return.

Great studio, cosy and clean. Great location in lovely, peaceful garden but easy walk to station for trains to London/Brighton. Steve was very friendly and we felt welcome. Good secure parking and very good instructions for location and access. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Very easy to find, beautiful location, idyllic. Elaine and Tony are great hosts and the cabin was exactly as described. Lovely cabin set in a beautiful garden. Shazia was prompt with responding to messages before our visit and was friendly and welcoming on our arrival, The Gallery was spotless and a beautiful haven for our short visit. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bed was super comfy, the room was clean and bright with Shazia's gorgeous artwork displayed. We slept so well as it was so peaceful and cosy. I would definitely stay here again as the beaches are stunning and Chichester is a short bus ride away. Thank you for having us.

Mickaellas place is amazing - one of the best spots we’ve staid in. We loved sitting outside near the lake and watching the wildlife. We saw: woodpeckers, squirrels, finches, heron as well as dicks and geese. The apartment has everything we needed. We told Mickaella that we were vegan and didn’t need to leave any food like some hosts do, but we went above and beyond by leaving us: oat milk, vegan biscuits, apples, bubbly and even a vegan afternoon tea! There are lots of places near by to explore, we can recommend Royal Leamington Spa and Brighton which is only an hour away! Highly recommended you book Mickaella’s place 🙂
