I had an absolutely fantastic experience during my stay! The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials and was in impeccable condition. Rebekah is a great host, made everything effortless; she was incredibly helpful and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a stay in the area. You won't be disappointed.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

This is an accurately described, beautiful home in idyllic countryside. The house is spacious and very stylishly furnished with vintage furniture and artwork. Ideally there would be one or two more bathrooms with showers - we knew this before staying of course - it just means more planning of showering with a larger group of people staying. We especially loved relaxing in the garden room with the gorgeous views of the garden and rolling hills beyond. We were incredibly lucky with the weather so definitely made the most of having a pool and pizza oven and BBQ. And we picked fresh figs off the tree by the pool, delicious! The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. Enzo was great and prompt at communicating with us. We appreciated the local recommendations - we enjoyed lunch at the Jolly Sportsman, coffee at Cafe du Jardin and a mooch around all the antiques shops in Lewes. A very comfortable house to enjoy with three generations of our family.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. A beautiful house in a lovely location. Fresh air holidays were quick with all communications and very helpful when i had questions. This house had everything we needed and was fabulous for a family break for 9 of us

Thank you Carolyn for a lovely break at your lodge. It was an ideal location for my Dad's 86th birthday being 15 minutes from the coast and close to the sorts of places he enjoys (West Dean Gardens, Amberley Heritage Museum). We enjoyed our evenings in the Lodge overlooking the Lake. It wasn't quite warm enough to sit out but I imagine it would be lovely in the summer. The space was warm, welcoming, comfortable and we all slept well in this very well-kept and nicely furnished home. Would we return? Most definitely. Thank you. My Dad is looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely stay at Eden Cottage. The cottage had everything we needed with some thoughtful little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. Our little Frenchies sniffed their way around the enormous secure grounds and the pool was a real treat too! We checked out and drove just 30mins down to the coast and had a great walk in the sunshine watching all the kite surfers at Hayling Island followed by a giant ice cream! Kate’s Place is beyond description. Perfect in every way. The converted barn has every modern convenience. Comfortable, lots of room, very stylish, quiet and secluded. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows which is always very important we loved it. Easy access to the west, London or the further south. We made several day trips. Kate is an amazing host and made our stay perfect. We can’t wait to come back.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. The entire family really enjoyed the stay in this great house in a great location that ticked all the boxes for our requirements. Would recommend to anyone ! and the host was very helpful.

Ricky was a great host and outlined all the relevant information we could need before we arrived. Check in couldn’t have been easier and the place was spotless. Really appreciated the small amenities like coffee, milk, towels, hair dryer etc. The shower was great, the bed was extremely comfortable, it was round the corner from the train station but also the road the house is on was still quiet, well apart from the seagulls but it is Brighton 😅 House was a nice temperature, everything worked, WiFi worked great. Decor was tasteful and uncluttered, the little outdoor patio area was cute. Really can’t fault anything at all.

Nick and Sandra were so so lovely and accommodating! Their space was beautiful and they even stocked the fridge with some basic food which was so kind and helpful for the time I was there! They met me when I arrived and were beyond welcoming and helpful! I had a lovely stay at their place and would recommend to anyone! Would love to stay again if I’m in the area!☺️❤️

We had an amazing stay for my Husband’s birthday and the property did not disappoint! It was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Laura was also a fantastic host and answered all questions immediately. Thank you so much for giving us such a great weekend and for the extra surprise gift for my husband. We had the best time and will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful property tucked away down a country lane within a short walking distance of the beach and a fabulous pub. A real hideaway and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet. Immaculately clean and newly refurbished - it felt like a real treat to be staying there.

Faldie Cottage was an absolute delight. It's beautifully furnished in a traditional but slightly eclectic style with antiques and interesting pieces of furniture and pictures, which made one feel right at home. The kitchen is modern and exceedingly well appointed and it was just a shame that we were not able to use the lovely, secluded patio that it exits onto because of the weather. Both bathrooms were very good and the shower room for the main bedroom (which is enormous with fantastic views) was brilliant. We were very sad to leave and would happily return there for a another holiday.

Ricky and Marilyn were exemplary hosts from greeting us on arrival to showing us around their beuatiful garden, including their chickens. We found the location to be very convienent. We used the cottage as a base for exploring gardens in the vicinity. Easy distance from RHS Wisley, Great Dixter and Wakehurst. We also used it as a base from where to spend two days at Knepp rewilding estate. (We never did get to High Beeches Gardens which was just next door as it was always closed when we were thinking of going). The cottage, with cosy welcoming kitchen, was delightful, and met our needs, and the cottage's garden was a delightful place to while away an evening with a glass or two of wine. All in all a perfect week.

Thank you Katherine for the stay in your comfy and welcoming home. It is a very fun little house with a back garden looking onto the old church. We were four adults and had an excellent time. The house is equipped with everything you need and parking spaces were plentiful. We had delicious take away from the Indian restaurant at the back of the church, and the coop across the road has all the groceries you might need. Also we had a good dinner at the pub , a five minute walk away. I highly recommend Katherine's home as a stay.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

It was an amazing stay, they were super friendly, and helpful. The cottage was clean and pretty. The surroundings are stunning. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone! Thank you.
