Wonderful stay, great facilities and hosts. The off street is so valuable when the hotels charge so much. Extremely comfortable accommodation.

Lovely stay. Rachel’s place was clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. It’s a 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton and there were places to pay and display park the car within the area which isn’t always possible this close to the centre of Brighton. Also it was lovely and quiet which was also a bonus.

I had a fantastic stay at Nigel’s apartment. Well equipped, spacious, quiet, comfortable. Hope to return soon.

We had beautiful warm weather so enjoyed sitting in the large space at the front of the property. It was so peaceful ~ all we heard was birdsong. Wonderful countryside literally on the doorstep. Very relaxing.

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

stayed at this place as was visiting friends in the area, would definitely use this place again, was a described on the listing, Nick was a great host he met us as we turned up and left milk and bread cakes for us on our arrival, he also gave us great tips on places to eat and drink in the local area, Would def recommend,

Such a great flat. We loved the location (a few steps from the beachfront and surrounded by useful shops) and having outside space was a real bonus. The flat is beautifully decorated with modern finishes and the kitchen and bathroom were spotless.

Lovely quirky studio flat. Fantastic location, walking distance to everything! It is free street parking, you may not find a space immediately outside the flat, but in short walking distance, you will be able to find a space. Love the seats with beautiful flowers and plants where you can sit outside at the front. Our dog loved the beach which is a stone throw from the studio flat!

Rebecca's place was a treat. Great layout, and tastefully decorated. It felt like home right from the start. The round livingroom gave us a panoramic view of the surroundings and beautiful sunsets. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lanie’s place was spotless and very tastefully decorated, peaceful and comfortable. It had everything we needed and she left us a welcome pack of delicious goodies. She made it clear she was on hand in case we needed anything but wasn’t in the least intrusive. Highly recommended and we would love to come again.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

An excellent stay in a delightful basement flat. Tolly left great recommendations for the area and the flat is ideally situated for access to Brighton. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment! Helen is very attentive and has maintained the apartment beautifully. It is in a very central location, close to all local amenities and two minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is pristine and the kitchen well equipped. I would recommend anyone visiting Shoreham/South Coast to stay at this place. Enjoy! :)

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Me and my friend stayed at Owen's and Priscilla for a month. They gave as accommodation for a long course we to do. They are two amazing people, very young smart and pleasant. We have enjoyed to know each other and to chat with them. Overall the experience was great. The house is in a really nice residential area close to Gatwick airport and well connected with the London area. If we come back as I am sure we will we will definitely repeat the experience.

Great home away from home, if you’re in Brighton and want to be close to the water. The loft was cheery and well-appointed for anything I needed. Everything I wanted to do in Brighton was just a short walk away, and it was convenient to be so close that I could pop back midday for a few minutes. Great communication by the host as well - I don’t think I ever waited more than a couple minutes for a friendly reply. 10/10 would stay here again and recommend doing the same to other visitors!

Great apartment with everything you could need. Easy access into town either walking or by bus stop just outside. Would recommended it as a place to stay and explore Brighton and the beautiful surrounding countryside too if that's your thing.

We stayed here for a week during half term as a family with two children. The flat was exactly as described, spotlessly clean and felt well looked after with thoughtful touches that made all the difference. The hosts were super helpful and communicative prior to staying and throughout. The flat is in a good location, close to the sea and a 20 min walk to the pier or short bus journey, it is on two good bus routes so never had a problem here. There are lots of shops, cafes, bars and short walk away and a lovely bakery close by for breakfast. We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Brighton.

Had a lovely stay here as a part of a small hen celebration. Hosts were great in the lead up with all my questions and also prompt to response during our stay too. Great location, great value for money. Definitely recommend :-)
