I really enjoyed staying in the Garden Room. It had everything I needed in a compact space, quiet area with great access to Lewes and the South Downs, and Tim & Sue were friendly, communicative and accommodating hosts. Would stay again, and recommend!

The barn is a gorgeous place to stay - it is very well appointed and comfortable with many thoughtful touches. The breakfast of homemade granola was a real treat. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the beautiful area. Natasha was extremely thoughtful and responsive to any requests.

We had an absolutely amazing weekend staying at The Dairy! The farm is set in a beautifully tranquil location a few steps from a trail leading up to Black Down. Louise was a great host, very friendly and responsive, and makes a great homemade granola! We'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Anthony was such a welcoming and generous host. The Cartbarn is a delightful - very well designed, immaculate and in the most beautiful and tranquil setting. Having a delicious, cooked-to-order breakfast delivered to the door each morning by Anthony was the icing on the cake!

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

We were looking for something peaceful and quiet and full of countryside atmosphere and found it here. The Lodge is just beautiful, with everything you would need for a peaceful getaway. Tanya was very friendly and helpful, recommended a few places like The Unicorn pub, which was a delight. The English countryside is second to none

Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic amenities and even some cake to enjoy with a cup of tea! We had a lovely stay.

Neil and Libby are wonderful hosts. They were able to accommodate an early check in, and the instructions to find the cabin were very clear. The whole cabin was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, even the fruit bowl! All the listed amenities were there, and the bathroom was spotless. The croissants, mini butter and jams were a wonderful complimentary breakfast which I appreciated. When I needed help for delivering food to the cabin, they were able to help and kindly offered to have the food delivered to the main house and give it to us after. They are very responsive and were so kind and welcoming. Their cat is also very cute and came to say hello a few times in the garden! It's about a 40 minute walk from the pier/beach, but the walk is quite easy and straightforward. There are plenty of local pubs/restaurants/supermarkets so getting food isn't a problem. Overall our stay was amazing and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Brighton! 😊🫶🏽

It was a perfect spot for a short recharge trip. Beautiful area, quiet loads of places for woodland walks. Very private and welcoming. It was very clean and had all you need for a break. Sitting outside in the evenings in such a lovely surroundings was magical. It was just what we needed.

Sian was an absolutely fantastic host, she went completely above and beyond for every single need. Letting me park my car earlier to leave for a wedding at silly oclock in the morning - she really was an utter lifesaver. The property is beautiful, so remote and peaceful with stunning views. Can’t be more happy with the stay, also possibly one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast provided was wonderful and just overall cannot fault a single thing. Had the most wonderful weekend so thank you again!

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

We had a lovely stay at deer lodge, Stephanie went above and beyond for my mums 60th. I’d highly recommend end!! A short drive away from Selsey & west wittering beach. One of our highlights was visiting the beautiful bracklesham tea rooms. Thank you so much we had the best time xx

Always very quick to respond to online messages. Parking permit organised for us immediately. Cabin had everything we needed. Bed is slightly tricky to manoeuvre but that is made clear in the listing. Great location. Peaceful and quiet but close to town. Extra touches in kitchen much appreciated (milk, butter etc) Julia thought of everything!

Linda & Mike's Airbnb is a beautifully designed, self-contained building, hidden away at the end of their garden. The property is private, screened off with plants, and accessed via it's own driveway. Outside, there is lots of seating to enjoy views over the South Downs and the surrounding nature. We enjoyed watching a variety of wildlife pass by, including deer, partridges, pheasants, nuthatches, Robins. The jacuzzi is impressive in size and function, and easy to use. Inside is attractive & well equipped. There is a spacious kitchen/living room, showerroom, and compact bedroom. We stayed for a week-long workcation and found it very comfortable. Linda & Mike were great hosts - met us on arrival to show us how to use the jacuzzi - but otherwise left us be. Linda was always responsive to messages. They were very generous with the treats on arrival too! We wished we'd stayed longer! We'd recommend it to any couple looking for a cosy retreat from which to explore the South Downs.

Beautiful, clean and such lovely decor. I always love a host that goes above and beyond and Emma does that and more. Easy check in and lots of lovely extras in the home to make the stay nicer (bread,coffee etc) thanks so much !!

A lovely little nook - the perfect accommodation we needed to stay at after our friends wedding round the corner. Laura was so incredibly helpful with check-in and super flexible so we could drop our car off before heading to the wedding. Gorgeous accommodation and great host! Thank you:)

Janet’s place was great. Really comfortable and had everything you could need. It was very well designed and thought out, perfectly clean and really cosy. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

We loved this beautiful, well designed and peaceful annex. The sunny garden was a delight, with nectar laden flowers and a stunning wild flower patch that attracted bees and other pollinators, butterflies and birds. The outside table and chairs were in the sun for hours so we could eat breakfast outside and sit well into the evening. The bed is very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Using our netflix and BBC iPlayer logins, straightforward. A much appreciated addition was the provision of hair conditioner ( which we’ve found no longer provided in many places). We were touring on our bikes and able to store them safely in the owner’s garage. The stunning beach is a 15-20 minutes walk. Bus stops to Chichester, at the end of the road. We had such a lovely 4 nights here, we’ll come again.

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Pony Cottage for 4 nights whilst competing at Cranleigh showground, it was lovely to come back in the evening to somewhere clean, quiet and comfortable. The property is set back from the main road behind controlled gates so feels secure. The High street is at the end of the road with lots of choices of shops. Lovely welcome tray with lots of goodies and milk in the fridge. Virginia lives there and was there to meet me.

Anna Maria is a fabulous host, incredibly kind and responsive. She made sure we checked in fine and settled in well at the property. She was readily available to troubleshoot any issues during our stay, and looked after us very well. The location is perfect, you have your own private annex surrounded by nature. It was great for sheltering from the heat the week we visited. Would 100% recommend and would definitely return. The dogs absolutely loved it too!

Practically perfect in every way A delightful stay - The Cabin is brilliantly designed - great care has obviously gone into making it a comfortable place with every amenity that one would need It’s less than a minute to the beach and the hosts - Mika and Sarah are very responsive and communicative, ideal hosts Loved the place and we’ll definitely be back (ps - title of the review is accurate but also a deliberate reference to Mary Poppins, the film which Sarah referred to in our first conversation as we arrived 😁)

The place looked great in the photos and was even nicer when we got there. The Pavilion is set in Chris’ amazing garden and is very private and tranquil. On arrival there was fresh bread and pastries, butter, jam and a selection of milks. Everything was perfect and we will absolutely stay again next time that we fly from Gatwick.
