Apartment holiday rentals in West Springfield

Cindy was great with communications, and gave me all of the instructions I needed to make it a pleasant stay for me, my dog, and the hosts. I stayed Friday and Saturday nights, and enjoyed the craft beer and locally made sourdough pizza in the evenings with a talented musical duo playing on Saturday night. The taproom closes at 8pm, and after closing time the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The apartment is cozy with attractive furnishings and a comfortable bed, but it is not a place for people with mobility challenges. There are 17 steps up to the apartment, and the shower in a free-standing claw-foot tub doesn't have handrails. I enjoyed my stay, and give it a 5-star review for physically fit singles or a couple!

Exceptional Airbnb! Julie was welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything you might need. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free place to stay.

We went to Northampton for our daughter's graduation on Memorial Day weekend. We needed at least two bedrooms, and Jayne's 3-bedroom was a great option at a great price! It's a house that has been divided into two halves, and Jayne's half suited all of our needs and expectations. The location is unbeatable - close to downtown Northampton yet in a very quiet residential corner, facing a nice little park. Jayne is a very friendly and responsive host. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lots of good books to read :-). We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

The location is terrific, easy from the airport and close to many other attractions. The facilities were well taken care of, very clean and stocked with all you could need.

Eric was a great host and Carolina was super easy to work with. Instructions were clear and detailed making getting settled in great. The location is perfect with a lot of things to do within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully remodeled and very spacious for 4 adults. I would definitely stay again given the great experience we had.

My wife, dog, and I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Michael's place. The land is beautiful, the place itself is actually even nicer than the pictures, and there is plenty to do in the area. We will definitely be coming back!

This was a delightful stay, and I wish we hadn't had so many family obligations so we could have enjoyed the place better. I so wanted to take time to relax on the beautiful and inviting back patio and just explore the property. I love historic places. We will definitely stay again next time we have family events in the area. Carol reached out to us and made us feel very welcome. We knew we had help if we needed something, but we didn't experience any issues at all, so didn't need to reach out. Great host for sure!!!

Nothing but good things to say about my stay. Hosts were friendly, welcoming, and responsive. Apartment was adorable, homey, and well furnished. Property was quintessential southern New England. You won’t be disappointed.

Our weekend stay was great! The living space was bright and beautiful, as was the bedroom! There was the perfect amount of space for the two of us and our two children. Loved that we had our own private parking area. Doug and his wife were very kind, accommodating, and very fast at responding to any questions I had. We would stay again!

The super host Bruno was “super”! He was a pleasant timely communicator. My partner and I stayed for one night. We were very pleased with the space. It was clean and spacious. The queen bed was very comfortable. The living room had cozy furniture. The shower had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. I suggest you read the instructions of how to turn the shower on and set the temperature in the listing. The location was perfect. It was only an 8 minute drive to Northampton center which offers a wealth of restaurants and unique shops. Also it was only a 2 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Florence center. Definitely check out the Florence Pie Bar, Miss Florence Diner and Coopers Market. Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment is Masa Mexicana- a great Mexican restaurant. The apartment was in a very quiet neighborhood and set in back, on the second floor. It was private and looked out onto some pretty greenery. It had all the amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and cozy home! Loved the vibe of the slanted ceilings, comfy bed, bathroom with a modern shower, sitting area, etc. Really did feel right at home the moment we walked in. The location is wonderful for access to Northampton while still feeling quiet and detached. Thank you Karen for sharing your space with us!

We had a wonderful stay here and will be booking again in the future! Norma addressed questions I had very quickly and was kind enough to get the apartment cleaned a bit early so we could check in a little earlier for our stay even though they had a guest leaving the same morning. Thank you so much!

It's not a private space with a door that locks behind you, but it felt pretty private up on the top floor of that huge old house. The main room is enormous, with plenty of open space if you wanted to do yoga or whatever. The bedrooms are also a good size, and there was lots of space for my dog. It took a moment to get use to not having a sink in the "kitchen" area, but the bathroom sink is kitchen sink sized, and had everything you'd need to clean up breakfast dishes. All in all it was a good value for a place that was virtually private and had 2 bedrooms, AND allowed me to bring my dog.

I was able to make reservations for the next day, and host responded to my request within MINUTES. I could not be more pleased and will definitely return. The place was meticulous! One added amenity that I have not seen anywhere else is the AIRBNB access to Prime tv. This was a major hit with my husband. Thank you so much for your video as well, showing exactly how to access the premises. We are very happy visitors!

Our stay at the Firehouse was great. Our hosts were super. The apartment was clean and so comfortable. The beds and bedding were great. Will definitely return and high recommend to our friends and family.

We had a lovely stay. The location can’t be beat. We were able to ski in and out, walk to village area and the restaurant was down the hall. It was so convenient yet even with everything so close- it was so peaceful and quiet. The directions and communications were detailed making it easy to get in and around once there. The bed was extremely comfortable!! The condo itself was immaculate and the view out to the slopes was fantastic. It had everything we needed! Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful! Howie was flexible with the checkin- making it much easier for us to get out onto the slopes! He communicated throughout our stay to be sure we were having a great time! Couldn’t ask for a better stay! Thank you! We will definitely be back!

Niels' guest suite was probably the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect base for our family during our twins' UMass graduation weekend. It was close to campus, but felt like a world apart when we needed a break from our action-packed weekend. I was just telling a co-worker about our stay and summed it up as "the convenience of an Airbnb with all the amenities of a high-end hotel." Everything was comfortable, clean and calming. As others have mentioned, the little touches, like plenty of coffee, fresh flowers and snack foods made it feel so welcoming. Niels was extremely accommodating to our changing needs, as our party changed in both size and make-up over time. He checked in frequently and went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this property and host!

We had a great stay at the end of ski season; the place was quiet and relaxing. We will definitely return!

Melissa and Geoff's place is in beautiful surroundings and well within a short drive to excellent restaurants, museums and outdoor activities. We were there during an especially rainy and cool period, but the apartment kept us toasty and warm after a day of dodging the raindrops. The king size bed was lovely and a white machine lulled us to sleep. The deck attached to the house was wonderful and when the weather looked as if the blue skies were here to stay, Melissa asked if we wanted dry cushions for the chairs- just a lovely thought. The gardens were just beginning to bloom and the property is spotless. We will definitely return to Sweet Dreams; the apartment was a pleasure to be in. Andrea and Ray

Sandra's place is private, clean, and well-appointed. We hardly had any problem finding this place, and it is fairly close to all necessary amenities - highways, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. You need a car to have this place as a base, but all amenities are within 5-10 minute ride of this place. The best thing about this apartment is it is WELL FURNISHED. Pretty much what we need for a comfortable stay, it had. Be it comfortable bed(s) with pillows & comforters, clean bathroom with fresh towels & toiletries, a really well-equipped kitchen & pantry. We enjoyed the space. Sandra is also very responsive and took care of any of our requests immediately. Thank you, Sandra. A wonderful place, and great place for families! Viji & Kumaran

Falcon's Nest was a fabulous place to stay in the area - everything there was clean and spotless, a truly homey feeling right from the start. The house itself is stylishly done - starting from architectural elements and through small details around the house. The grounds outside are breathtaking - there's an awesome hot tub, grill, fire pits, and a lake - beautiful nature all around. Location is very convenient to all landmark sights in the area and a variety of hiking trails. Johny and Kate were incredibly accommodating - quickly responding to all our questions and providing valuable recommendations. Overall, this was a great experience that exceeded our expectations!
