Monthly Rentals in West Spanish Peak

This is a very unique Airbnb. We loved it. It was very comfortable and the scenery was wonderful❤️. There were several Say’s Phoebe birds that I was able to observe, which was fascinating to me. I hear them on the Merlin app but have never seen one up close. The horses came by for water about 6:45pm. That was very fun. We saw 5 antelope on the way out the next morning.. we watched the sunset from the window above the bed and looked at the stars in bed. What a great place👍❤️.

This place was the perfect getaway sanctuary from the big city hustle and bustle for a quiet weekend trip in the beautiful mountain scenery. The condo is well-appointed, matches the description, and just steps away from the trails of San Isabel National Forest, which was so serene to walk through with my spouse and furbaby. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway! Hosts were super responsive, informative and easy to deal with as well to reduce the travel angst. :-)

I had a great nights sleep! Comfortable bed after a warm shower; exactly what I needed. Nice chat with locals at Local Roots grocery when I picked up dinner. Breakfast and coffee at RegalBurg the next morning hit the spot. Then spent a comfortable hour working at the local library before hitting the road. Wish I had time to visit the State Park near my stop. Maybe next time!

Stay in a renovated piece of history in the heart of Walsenburg. Very quiet and I loved the welcoming committee of Robert's cats, the evening deer and the bird watching. Also there is a great view of the Spanish Peaks and sunset from the kitchen! I would definitely stay here again!
