Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We loved our stay at Williams home! We cooked and grilled and hung out by the pool in the evening and visited different beaches each day. Many grocery stores nearby and many great restaurant options as well. Would definitely recommend this home and host to others and would love to stay again!

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

House was very beautiful and clean! Located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood and close to town for shopping and restaurants. Most big shopping center were located within 5 minutes drive time which is really convenient for picking up things you may have forgotten. Community pool was very large with a nice deep end to appease people of all ages. Kathy was also incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive when asked questions. I cannot recommend booking this home enough! Great value for what you get, and perfect for families.

Made great memories at this beautiful home! Very clean, plenty of space in and around the home, games and entertainment for the family to enjoy and plenty of outdoor activities. The kids loved the turtles passing through the backyard. Tim and his family went above and beyond to make sure were comfortable and completely satisfied. Makes communication extremely easy, proactive and responds promptly. HIGHLY recommend staying here!

We all thoroughly enjoyed Beth’s place. Nicely stocked with everything you would need for a getaway and very good suggestions for things to do. Pool was a little cool but that is not something that could be controlled short of heating the pool. Granddaughter swam in it any way, like a fish!! Exit instructions were not bad. We are definitely looking to stay there or in one of Beth’s properties again!! Absolutely fabulous!!!!

Rick’s Air BnB is the cleanest Air BnB we have ever rented. The decorations are spot on and the place was well equipped for everything we needed. The place is as pictured. Very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and peaceful back yard. It is close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We have been visiting family in the area every year, several times a year, for the last six years and Rick’s place tops all of our rentals. Rick was quick to respond to any questions/comments. The rental is good for family with kids as well as a place for adults. His house is top notch and we hope to be back. Don’t hesitate to rent this home! You won’t be disappointed!

We needed a place close to the hospital and this was perfect. Cottage was nicely decorated and renovated. All the necessities were available. Pleasant, fenced yard to sit in or play with the dog. Very quiet street. Would absolutely stay there again.

As a Caterer and Event Planner that resides in the area I am always looking for a home to accommodate family and close friends for a there event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we walked in, the home was exceptionally clean and had a fresh, welcoming scent that instantly made everyone feel comfortable. The location was ideal—easy to find, in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient for all of our guests. Everyone who stayed at the property had nothing but great things to say. They were not only impressed by the cleanliness and cozy atmosphere but also expressed how much they enjoyed their stay and are already looking forward to booking again in the future. This home truly exceeded our expectations and made a difficult time a little easier by providing a peaceful and beautiful space for our loved ones to gather. I highly recommend this property.

I travelled from WV to FL to visit my mom, who lives about 30 minutes away, for her 90th birthday. The split floor plan and fourth bedroom/office were really handy when my daughter and her family joined us from SC for part of the time. The amazingly massive master suite/bathroom/closet was such a treat. Nancy has a truly beautiful, comfortable and peaceful home. The neighborhood is very quiet and we loved the view of the canal from the lanai and the large grill. The huge dining table was the perfect workspace for my mom and I to spread out our projects and quilt to our hearts' content. We chose to eat in and there wasn't anything we lacked in the kitchen for meal prep. Nancy is very generous with household supplies and pantry staples. There were beach towels/chairs available as well as a small umbrella. Nancy was prompt and attentive in responding to some cleaning issues and any questions I had. All in all, we had a great stay and I would book this home again if I am ever in the area.

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs loved staying here. There was so much to do in the area and we had a great trip, but even just staying at the house was a highlight. The pool was perfect and the backyard was the perfect area for our dogs to play. Kenneth was very communicative and had great recommendations. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

A wonderful home in quiet neighborhood. We had so much fun, just hanging out, fishing and lots of time in the pool. The home was equipped with everything we needed. We had an issue with no hot water the first night but the very kind neighbor fixed it in no time. We would definitely go back again.

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

Mrs. Ali and her home were perfect! Her home had everything we needed, so she pays attention to detail! She went above and beyond, even had a cute basket made for my daughter's birthday (my daughter loved it)! I ultimately chose her home because of the hot tub, but we were surprised with even more. The corn hole, putt putt golf strip, and other amenities was icing on the cake! The house smelled great, sheets smelled great, the house even had bikes and beach toys for our use! This place gets 100 STARS 🌟 from me! My son had a military exercise at Patrick Space Force Base Cocoa Beach and I needed a place for us to stay for 4 days . After reviewing several hotels in the area ALL with terrible reviews i was stuck. I decided to look at Airbnb and one of the first to come up was Jenn’s place . So I booked it the minute I looked at the listing and it was exactly what i needed and more. If I could give it 100 stars I would. When you arrive somewhere and it’s exactly as described and it exceeds your expectations it’s refreshing! It was clean, neat, no odors, huge bed, gleaming kitchen, laundry. It had amenities you cannot get at a hotel. Beach chairs ,umbrellas etc. It is located in a great neighborhood in small older condo complex that is well landscaped and also clean. Best of all ! This place was SO quiet. I mean you could hear a pin drop . Not a sound day or night. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again. Thank you for a great stay !

It was a perfect location for us at the graduation from Florida Institute of technology. It was central as it allowed us to do the errands we need to run and get back-and-forth to school.

Joes place was amazing for our family! We stayed for 3 months while we looked for a permanent place for our transition to Florida. The house was clean, spacious, fully stocked, had great updated appliances, great water quality, and we felt very secure. The beach is only 20 minutes away! We were there during hurricane Milton and Joe was quick to make us feel secure and safe. He put up the hurricane shutters, gave us tips on what to do with our vehicles and checked on us continually throughout the storm. There was no damage to the house and we never even lost power or internet. So that just proves how sturdy the house is and how secure the location is! The neighborhood was great! Gated area where our boys could ride their bikes and even met some friends! The community park is right across the street and we caught some nice sized fish in the backyard pond. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming and we felt the area was very safe! Overall a great place that we highly recommend!

It was an amazing stay we felt right at home wish we had of stayed there our whole 2wks I think the only complaint we could of said was that we wished for bigger pots because we are a big family but Sara was amazing and took very great care of us while we was there

Pros: Cali was very responsive and super friendly. The home was very comfortable, everything worked, all the supplies you would need are available and close to shopping and restaurants. Cons: Bear in mind, this is VERY nitpicky (as overall we gave a 5-star review), but it is an older home so it looks and "lives" like a older home. As long as you are aware of that, then you should have a comfortable stay.
