Holiday rentals with a patio in West Melbourne

One of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. I stayed for 4 days, with my husband and toddler. The apartment is immaculate, clean and spacious with every amenity and appliance you could need. Lovely linen and towels provided, all the basic condiments for cooking, tea and coffee and even a welcome pack of TimTams and a bottle of wine. The apartment is on the 68th floor of the building and the view is spectacular. It took our breath away! Many transport options and food options are only a step away with the trains, trams and buses practically on your doorstep making it very easy to get around Melbourne. The best part of all, the hosts are exceptionally responsive and friendly and flexible to cater to your stay. We will be back for sure. 11/10! Thanks again Heath & Alex 😊

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It was easy to find and located in a quiet neighborhood, yet just a short 10-minute walk to the city center at a relaxed pace. The free private parking was super convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and the entire place was spotlessly clean and very cozy — it truly felt like home. Highly recommend! We’d be happy to come back again! Perfect for what we were looking for. Could see Peter Mac from the balcony as well as Royal Children's, Royal Melbourne and Royal woman's. All walking distance. Stayed 9 nights with 2 small children and 3 adults. Beds where very comfortable. Outdoor balcony safe and large for kids to run around and watch all the activity below. Great supply of kitchen & bathroom essentials. Great cafes & restaurants on the same block, as well as an IGA on the corner. Excellent hosts extremely easy to deal with. For location and size of property great value for money. At a time where we just needed things to go smoothly Ning Yi was a amazing and made this transaction hassle free. Will absolutely stay again & recommend to family and friends.

Our stay was perfect! It was in a great location and the place was beautiful! We had a small issue with the fire alarm but Morgan resolved it within the hour and was super responsive and helpful! I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to visit Melbourne.

A fantastic convenient location. Travelled for work, and this was super easy to check in and a great location for getting to the city and food/services etc. great facilities within the apartment. Very happy, would definitely come back again!

Anna's apartment was beautifully decorated, it really exceeded our expectations! The space was a lot bigger than we expected and we felt right at home we honestly could have extended our stay for longer. It felt private and the main road could barely be heard considering we were along the Princes Highway. The kitchen was fully stocked with teas, ingredients for cooking if you wanted to, and lovely extras that you didn't know you needed during your stay. We really enjoyed how close it was to the city as well as neighbouring suburbs like Prahran, it was only a 7 min drive to the Prahran markets! I highly recommend staying at Anna's place as it really felt like the perfect home for the two of us. Don't hesitate to book!

We loved everything about our stay, easy check in to a beautiful clean and amazingly designed home. I wanted to come back to this place again as we visit melb so often, alas, it was booked. Next time. Worth staying here, a gem of Albert park! We loved it.

Great house, spacious and comfortable. Nice and warm, especially as we had some cooler weather. Hosts were extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We spend Easter Holidays with our Family visiting from Sydney and Annette's place was perfect! Super close to North Melbourne Station that gets you to the city very quickly. There's also a great local coffee roaster/cafe only a few min walks away. The living room was large for 6 people, and we loved playing with the boardgames that were at disposal. Annette was very responsive and left us some nice breakfast items at arrival. I would highly recommend and would love to be back for our next family trip!

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

What an amazing apartment! The location was perfect for us to attended the MCG for AFL. An easy 10 min walk to local pubs & restaurants& the MCG/Tennis centre precinct. The apartment had everything that you need for a short stay & with an IGA supermarket & coffee shop below, a longer stay would be easy. Parking was easy to get to & say to park in, with lots of spaces available if your vehicle is on the bigger size. The large balcony with BBQ & outdoor setting was also a welcome change from the small, one person balconies that we are used to. The dual bathrooms were also fantastic. We were a little concerned about the shower, however, the small heads are quite powerful & the temperature is hot! Staples in the panty included oils, spices, sugars, salt & pepper. The small milk that was in the fridge was not enough, perhaps 2 next time? All in all, a great space, location & relatively quiet neighbourhood. Maery was an amazing host. Thank you, we will be back 😁

Loved staying here for a few nights. The kitchen is fully stocked which was helpful to cook at home, great location with cafes nearby. Everything was clean and neat and the space is amazing for the price. The washer and dryer were very handy too. Would definitely stay again.
