An absolutely wonderful stay! Tony & Annie has been an exceptional host from start to finish. The communication was prompt, warm, and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The property itself was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and household items needed for a comfortable stay — it truly felt like a home away from home. The view from the apartment was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better — with great cafés, restaurants, trams, and the train station all just a short walk away. Annie was also kind enough to allow us a late checkout, which made a huge difference on our travel day. I can’t recommend this place enough and would love to come back in the future. Thank you, Tony & Annie, for making our stay so memorable!

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

- Fantastic central location , train station and trams are just a few hops away. I cannot emphasise how helpful the walkability and proximity to everything was to us during our stay. - The instruction guide is very clear, thorough and comprehensive. There is even an online version with video snippets! - The place was very well kept and stocked well with essentials enough to take us through the first night or two for most things, and we were even lucky to have sufficient coffee and body wash for the whole week! There is a 24/7 convenience store, 24/7 maccas, 7/11 and Woolies supermarket very close by for wider needs. - Flexible check-in: due to our flight timings, we had to check-in close to midnight but the hosts had no issues with this and were responsive and helpful throughout. - not really a con but it might be helpful to carry a usb fan for people who aren't used to quiet bedrooms 😅 (the only intermittent blunted sounds being that of trams) Will highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, swimming pool, common office space, sauna, steam room and a well-equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—I’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay! Soraya was an incredible host — she communicated clearly and quickly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our super early arrival with an early check-in (a lifesaver after a long trip!). The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. Great location too — close to everything but still peaceful. My colleague and I stayed at Dylan's 2-bedroom apartment on a business trip to Melbourne. The place was perfect for us. We each had a private bedroom and a bathroom, the apartment was clean and quiet, and we also loved the fact that the building had a gym that was accessible to us. Finally, Dylan was super friendly and provided all necessary info on time!

This is an amazing apartment! So close to everything, including tram stops, train station and ferry to Portarlington. The furnishings are beautiful and we had a wonderful sleep (great linen). There is access to an outdoor space, and indoor pool/gym/sauna. We will hopefully be back in the summer to really enjoy the view on the balcony.

What a wonderful apartment, pristinely clean, everything worked, the beds were comfortable, the facilities all you need for a long weekend… but the standout was the view!!! At any hour of the day it was magnificent!!

We had a lovely stay at Henfry’s place. Our favourite part was the view - absolutely stunning! The apartment was neat and clean. The location was great, we walked everywhere. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!

Loved the location. Love that there are amenities not always found in hotels (Eg cooking items, washing powder). Was really good with our toddler, the bed was set up and could cook her toast in the morning. Woolies is so close which was a huge benefit being a small family. Also was nice to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. The tram literally being out the front was so convenient

Property was very felt homely. Mostly we enjoyed playing piano. Griselda has been very flexible with check in and check out times which was very helpful.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

We’re so grateful to have had Nicola as our host. She was incredibly warm, kind, and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a small ant issue (thanks to Melbourne’s wet weather, not the house!) she came over right away with spray - and the ants disappeared overnight. She also thoughtfully left us milk, snacks, and later brought extra blankets for comfort. Every gesture showed how much she cared. Her home was absolutely stunning - full of character, charm, and warmth. Every corner felt intentional, with beautiful decor and trinkets that reflected her love for travel and culture. There was even a play area upstairs that our kids loved! The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near shops. We truly adored both the home and Nicola. She made our trip feel so special, and we left feeling incredibly thankful for the experience. Thank you Nicola! ❤️

We had a wonderful three-night stay with our family! The property exceeded our expectations, and here’s why: 📍 Location: Easy to find by car, peaceful surroundings, and hassle-free parking. 🛏️ Rooms: All three bedrooms had incredibly comfortable large beds—we all slept wonderfully! 🛋️ Living Room: The pre-warmed heating was such a thoughtful touch, and the huge TV made movie nights feel like a home theater—perfect for family time. 🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything we needed, plus generous supplies of condiments and drinks. 🚿 Bathroom: Well-stocked with toiletries, and the washer/dryer combo was super convenient. Our kids especially loved the long hallway—a fun and unique feature compared to our own home! Thank you for your warm hospitality—you’ve made our trip to Australia truly memorable. A lovely home, great hosts and location. A great location and base for exploring Melbourne with multiple coffee shops in close walking distance and a 10 minute stroll to Carlisle st with a Coles and cafes etc. We chose this accomodation as we used to live in the area and it was very central to our family and the wedding that we were in Melbourne for. We did hire a car as we needed to visit family daily and finding parking was never a big issue, however trams and a train station are close too. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house had everything we needed as a family to enjoy a sunny, but very cold Melbourne. We had a lovely stay and look forward to next time.

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!

One of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed at. Lovely quiet house with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Really well set up and good access to public transport. Harrison was a terrific host as well. I would highly recommend this place.
