Thank you Heidi for an amazing stay. From the very first enquiry to checkout your communication and help was amazing. Really appreciate the guidance in advance on checkin and checkout to ensure everything was seamless and hassle free. The accomodation was spectacular and exactly as described and pictured, more than expected. Amenities both within the apartment and the facility were fantastic. The induction with concierge on checkin was such a great experience and all the staff were so accomodating. Central and a short walk to so many must do’s including Luna Park, St Kilda Pier, Fitzroy and Acland Streets, The Esplanade… the list is endless. Highly recommend.

Katie was amazing. Nothing was a problem. The only issue was the induction process. I don’t understand why a short stay guest should have to go and look at the garbage shoots. And a full tour of the building. And every person staying in the apartment had to be inducted. It should be done online. It took 1.5 hours and can only be done Monday and Wednesday. Monday was a public holiday so no induction on PH so we had to wait until Wednesday. So we couldn’t use the pool and gym for 3 days. It was very frustrating. Not Katie’s fault just the building rules.

Great location and easy access to the apartment. Host was accommodating for high chair and cot (portable cot only so no padding/comforter). Apartment a little tight on space but very tidy and clean

We loved staying at Sam’s place in Brunswick East. Can recommend if you wish to stay in Melbourne’s inner North- great apartment and lots within walking range including restaurants and cafes as well as close to the tram for transport

While visiting for a family event, stayed here and found this new property to be very comfortable. The number of bathrooms was great while sharing with family. Had amazing Afghan food in nearby Dandenong and the markets were fantastic! Great property, thanks Wicky!

beautiful home! It was the perfect place to prepare for and get ready on my wedding day! We had lots of space, comfortable beds, 3 bathrooms which was great for all the bridesmaids to shower & wash our hair the night before! The amenities were the only thing that we were a bit disappointed with / no basics such as salt & pepper, oil etc. no iron & no tablets or powder provided for the dishwasher - luckily it was close to shops so we could go buy all that but it would have been nice to have! Overall a lovely stay however!

Stayed here while attending a funeral and it was a perfect peaceful location. Cinema room a massive plus. Everything was clean and tidy and beds very comfy. Any questions we had were answered quickly and clear instruction on how to use certain things in the home. Had a lovely relaxing 5 days and will definitely be back when in the area. A unique and perfect venue for our bucks party weekend. Was able to hold the amount of people we had with no issues and had everything we needed for the night. Matt was very responsive and accomodating and we’ll definitely be using the space again in the future.

Lots of space in the living area and within easy reach of the restaurants and leisure centre in Carnegie. Also easy access to train and tram route into the city. We had some difficulty with the Kevo app to open the front door (maybe because we had UK phones?) but enjoyed the other 'high tech' and even found the washing machine without help!

Very spacious and clean house. Sherin was very responsive and friendly.

Stay was beyond our expectations and we enjoyed our time. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Melbourne next time.

Wonderful stay at Sam’s apartment over the weekend of the AO Tennis. Easy walking distance. Good restaurants on South Bank. Tram stops and station close by for exploring other areas of Melbourne. Spacious rooms, with ample room for 4 adults. Pool was refreshing after long days. Would gladly stay here again!

It was a great apartment and the instructions you provided were excellent. The location was good and it was quiet and the other tenants were friendly. Would definitely recommend the apartment if someone was wanting a quiet relaxing break.

The apartment is amazing, it’s right in the heart of Melbourne so you can get around by walking but if you’re not a walker then there is multitude tram stops nearby. Also Matt is a wonderful host who was very helpful and responsive. For anyone coming to Melbourne I would recommend staying here

Stayed at Sanjay’s place while looking for some permanent accommodation. It was a great place to stay. Location wise lots to see and do and easy to get to lots of places in the city. Apartment was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Amenities such as the gym, sauna, pool and lounge if you need to do some work or life admin was an added bonus. Sanjay is also a great host who is always up for a chat and also knows when you might want a bit of space. 5/5!

What a fantastic stay! Mimi was a great host, who communicated clearly and promptly. The place was so clean especially the bathroom and the bed linen. The apartment was so central and close to many great places in the city. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to stay central in the city. I would stay there again for sure! YiXiao was an amazing host and my friends and I had a wonderful stay at the Airbnb. It’s spacious, close to restaurants and public transport, and everything is within walking distance. She was a wonderful host and I’d love to book again when staying in Melbourne.

Aman is a great landlord, he always quick reply to the message. It's really helpful for us to make next plan. Sorry for him about the midnight check-in. However, he's still let us get the key ASAP. Apricate him.

I will definitely be booking this apartment again. The host was extremely helpful and made the stay much more enjoyable with their ease of communication. The location is amazing with lots of restaurants down stairs and a quick 5 minute walk to Southern Cross station. The apartment was clean and had a really good view of Docklands and it was high enough that it was quiet and you could rarely hear noises from outside.
