Holiday rentals with a home cinema in West LA

Our family of 4 had a very nice stay at Jack’s aparment. The apartment was spacious, modern with all possible things you may need. Jack was very nice and helpful. Thank you, we will book our next USA vacation at Jack’s place for sure! :)

The apartment was a great base for our family for a week in Los Angeles. The location is fairly central, the Whole Foods down the street was handy the kids enjoyed the pool. If we find ourselves in LA again, we’ll come back.

The location is even nicer than advertised. The place was very clean and Nils was very accommodating and responsive. There were many locations walking distance and Nils was kind enough to point out the best locations. Would definitely visit again.

Daisy’s Yeehaw Suite was the perfect spot for my weekend away! I was traveling alone and felt very safe. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the kitchen came in handy for my stay. I walked down to Atwater Village every day to get coffee and food and walk the shops. The Farmers Market on Sunday was a cute bonus to staying in the area. Daisy was very responsive when we communicated and incredibly nice. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in LA!

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb! The studio-style apartment was ideal for a solo traveler—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed. Every amenity was thoughtfully included and in great condition, from the basics in the kitchen to the comfortable bed and modern bathroom. One of the best parts was having access to the gym and pool just a few doors down—such a convenient and relaxing bonus. Fred and Luna are incredible hosts—responsive, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure guests have the best experience possible. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. I truly felt cared for throughout my stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, this is it. I’ll definitely be booking with Fred and Luna again in the future. Our family enjoyed a weekend at Simon's place. We especially loved the yard, the view, the hot tub, and the feeling of peace + privacy. It was a convenient location for all of our stops (Pasadena, Downtown, NoHo, etc.).

This Airbnb was perfect. It was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The views were amazing. The amount and size of windows in the house gave you the opportunity to enjoy the view from inside as well. The kitchen was clean and the welcome snacks and water were really nice after a long day of traveling. The 2 bathrooms were nicely stocked and cleaned. The bedroom had a comfortable bed and pillows. Eye masks were also nicely placed on the bed upon arrival but we declined to use them since we wanted to enjoy the view from the moment we woke up. The haven was amazing. We came back home early one night to enjoy our Friday night in the haven with the fire on and watching our favorite show. We finished everyday at the hot tub which was my favorite part. The hot tub had easy set up instructions. We switched around our plans to be able to spend more time at the house because we loved it so much. Lawerence was super friendly, extremely helpful and quick to respond. We cannot wait to come back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! We were in town for my son who attends LMU and was pleasantly surprised on the close distance. We loved the neighborhood and being at the end of a cul de sac. The sign was a nice and warm welcome to a very nice dining and living area. My favorite area was the backyard. Super spacious, open, clean, inviting, and wonderful place to gather my family. Communication was top notch and when I had questions, they were replied to quickly and I appreciated that very much. Lots of nice check ins with us. My son is now graduated but if I ever have reason to be back, I will!

Hands down the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Sarah’s place is a dream home, spotlessly clean, with the loveliest hosts and best quality everything - the polar opposite of the standard sterile Airbnb. (We felt like we were staying in a very stylish friend’s house!) The location is unbeatable - a short walk to great restaurants, shops and cafes on Ventura Blvd; beaches, Universal, Beverly Hills all within a quick drive. The best part was the home itself - light, bright, quiet, 5 bedrooms (2 interconnecting) and multiple different living areas, so plenty of space to spread out - huge eat-in kitchen, separate formal dining room, formal living room, cosy TV room (with huge cinema screen for movie nights!) and peaceful skylit sunroom - something for everyone. Super comfy beds, stunning bathrooms and a kitchen better than a magazine cover. Enclosed, private garden front and back with a lovely pool and outdoor kitchen. This apartment was absolutely fabulous. Every detail was handcrafted by the Airbnb owner, and you can feel the love and creativity in every corner. The private cinema room was a dream—I watched so many films and truly felt transported to another world. The colors, the furniture, the atmosphere… it was all incredibly inspiring. I honestly felt like writing a song or starting a screenplay while staying here. The hosts were also incredibly kind and charming. I can’t wait to come back very soon.

Great place to say for a weekend getaway. It was a perfect distance away from Sofi Stadium. Went to a concert and it only took us 15mins to get back with traffic. The place is really nice and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay. Rose and Brad were unbelievable hosts, flexible and responsive. The house is magical: Highlights are the great terrace that has morning sun, the nice master bedroom upstairs and the fire place. Things to consider are the winding roads up to Topanga. Great location though as base for cycling as you can avoid the PCH traffic.

Our stay was amazing! The house is designed with guests in mind. The house was private, beautifully decorated and fit our family of 15 perfectly. Our host was very generous and responsive when we had questions or concerns. The house was very clean and we were able to comfortably enjoy our vacation. This house was perfect for our vacation! We will definitely be staying there again & recommending this location to other family & friends.

Angel was an amazing host!! I was honored to meet her and her husband, and I can tell this home was designed to welcome a healing atmosphere and God was surely glorified! Had a great stay! The place was clean, cute, and in a super convenient (but busy) area. Nic was really responsive and nice. Just a heads-up: the apartment complex is a bit big and tricky to find your way around, and the host seemed nervous about noise. Wasn’t an issue for us, but something to know before booking!

I had a great stay! The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious, with a large balcony and two bathrooms—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The location is fantastic, in a safe neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants just a short walk away. Having access to a parking garage was a huge plus—finding parking in LA can be tough, but this made it super easy. The host was very responsive, understanding, and genuinely nice and cool. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay here, location was fantastic and very close to local amenities and walking distance to some tourist spots e.g. walk of fame etc. central within LA so a good location to explore other areas. Apartment was great, very spacious and well equipped. The complex itself had lots of great facilities although we didn’t get time to use them. Parking space was also a great benefit. Bella and Alan were friendly accommodating and helpful.
