The apartment is great - very clean, spacious and has all the amenities needed for living. The host is very responsive and welcoming! Amazing stay!

Pleasant stay, updated unit in a quiet and very convenient location. Parking was easy. Bed was extremely comfortable.

This is a wonderful, peaceful spot. Especially loved the garden. Book it if you can. It's a 2-minute walk to the ocean, coffee shops, and amazing LA food.

We really liked Romans place.. great location.. we walked everywhere.. the shower could have done with a better clean lots of mould in it... I had a crack at it... I'm a clean freak so I guess I'm a bit over the top with my cleanliness... the wind screams up the outside hallway so it's sounds like someone is talking to you... when they're not Lol... not a concern just so others know they aren't going crazy!! Could do with better blinds in the bedroom it's so bright in there in the morning... overall we liked it here alot! Loved that there was a washer and dryer and a car space... the instructions to get in and where to park were the best instructions we have ever received... thanks for having us Roman! :-)

The stay in the apartment was excellent, very well located, everything is new, the kitchen is very well equipped with new and modern appliances. There were also basic items available, such as coffee, olive oil, salt, sugar, etc. I loved the apartment, I'll definitely come back more often.

The place is comfy and has a great location walkable to really everything you need. I enjoyed that it was close to everything but still very quiet, peaceful, and safe at night. I will mention that I almost thought about cancelling before I came because of the communication through the messages when I asked questions or suggestions. When I arrived or maybe a day before, the customer service did seem to shift and my stay was enjoyable.

Awesome place! So nice to find a quiet place to relax in peaceful surroundings, far removed from the everyday stress that is LA, yet convenient to get to places you want/need to go. Hosts let you be in peace, but are available and responsive to requests for assistance and welcome you with thoughtful goodies that make you feel comfortable and at home.

Shell House was the perfect stay to end our road trip! Courtney has been an ideal host, no question was too much, she was always quick to respond and so accommodating. The house it’s self was so idilic and the aesthetic fit the location. It was close to the beach and Abbott Kinney BL for shops, coffee and restaurants. We would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone considering a visit to LA to book Shell House.

Had such an amazing stay in Los Angeles, mainly due to Michael’s place meeting and surpassing expectations. Incredible views of the city and the attention to detail throughout this place made us instantly feel comfortable and at home. From the large comfortable beds, both bathrooms and showers, the home cinema, the kitchen and dining area layout and in the instructions put in place telling us how everything works was a really nice touch from the host. Our host, Michael, was very helpful from the day we reserved to the day we checked out, such a friendly and informative host. Thanks a lot, can’t wait to visit again. Neil & Sandra

Our stay at Allie’s place was a very enjoyable experience. The cottage exceeded our expectations in terms of location, amenities, and comfort. It was easy to get to our nearby graduation events & family gatherings, and then return to the cozy cottage in the evening. It really started to feel like home. Allie was also a very reliable and responsive host, offered great advice, and checked in with us to make sure everything was going well. We would definitely return here on a future trip to LA.

I really enjoyed my stay and I plan on going back. highly recommended!! The first time I saw this house in the listings, I thought it's perfect and I booked it. After I arrived, I fell in love with the place. It's truly a home away from home. I actually wanted to stay at least two additional nights, but the owner informed me that it was booked for those days. Owner came out to welcome me and both owner and his daughter are very responsive, always answered questions within 30 min, at the most. I asked before coming to stay in the Airbnb, if it would be possible for them to install a hand-held shower. The new shower was installed just days before my arrival and the owner didn't charge me for the shower cost or work. Also, I had packages arriving the day when I traveled and the owner, kindly, moved those from the porch to inside the Airbnb for me. Another thing, I needed some cable ties and the owner kindly brought me more than a dozen.

We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s Airbnb. He was a great communicator and extremely responsive. The place is fantastic. Clean, airy, much more space than appears in the photos. The location is excellent. You can walk everywhere and come back to a quiet location at the end of the day. Cannot say enough good things about both the home and host.

We absolutely loved our stay at this modern, bright AirBnB on Ocean View Boulevard in Los Angeles. The home was thoughtfully designed and incredibly comfortable for our family. Each of the three bedrooms had its own private en suite, which made things so much easier — especially when traveling with teens! The location was ideal. We were just a few blocks from grocery stores like Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Ralphs, and even had Uber Eats deliveries brought by autonomous cars — a fun surprise! It’s only about three miles to the Santa Monica Pier and super close to Highway 1, which made exploring Malibu and El Matador Beach a breeze. We specifically picked this spot because it was a good halfway point between Knott’s Berry Farm and Six Flags, which our kids had on their SoCal bucket list. The freeway access made getting around easy, and we always felt safe. The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was a plus. They also take dogs although we left our babies home.

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood.

Listing was clean and as described. Location was walkable and close to many metro bike stations, where you can rent bikes for pretty cheap. I’d recommend going up north more towards Santa Monica than south towards Venice.

It was spacious, clean and well organized. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The appliances were relatively new. One of the best features was the beautiful courtyard gardens, where we had our morning coffee every day.

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Very well-furnished with all the amenities. Our hosts even had cold drinks in the fridge for us. Both Tianna and Grant were very responsive and friendly. Only 5min to LAX

Overall, my stay went pretty smooth. The guests were very helpful and checking out was seamless. The apartment itself was filled with very nice amenities. The living room is very spacious and having parking is a plus. The Airbnb is situated in a nice area. I enjoyed my stay and recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the LA area.

John and Vincent were perfect hosts. Went out of their way to make the check in smooth, and be responsive. Their bnb is in a fantastic location, we walked everywhere , access to the beach was super easy and we were surrounded by great restaurants. My family had a wonderful break, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
