Monthly Rentals in West Feliciana Parish

Had a great stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as listed. Super cute and cozy area and very quant little town nearby. James was awesome — super welcoming and even stocked the fridge with drinks and kept some snacks out for us. Would definitely stay again!

Stephanie communicated clearly and quickly. The location is extremely convenient to Main Street. The unit is a bit older, but updated and so impressively clean. Check in and out instructions were to the point, which made them easy to follow. If I ever have a reason to go back to New Roads, I would definitely stay here!

We had a lovely time spending our weekend getaway at Magnolia Moon cottage! Genny and Ford were wonderful hosts and made us feel right at home on their beautiful property. We loved how tucked away their cottage is from the main road and enjoyed the easily accessible creek. The eggs and biscuits left for us in the fridge were a great addition to our mornings, as well as their screened-in porch that allowed us to listen to the birds in the AM and watch the fireflies in the PM. The inside of the cottage was very clean, cozy, and had everything that you would need for a weekend visit. The bed was also super comfortable and made it difficult to get up in the morning. We look forward to staying here again one day and highly recommend anyone else to stay a night in this serene Airbnb!

This is the second year I've stayed with my dog at Kathryn's place on the order of 6 to 7 weeks. Similar to last year, I really enjoyed my stay at the rental and it served my needs very well again this year. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is nice to walk my dog on leash along the road for about a quarter mile without many houses and without much traffic. Kathryn is always communicative and checked in with me a couple of times to see if there was anything I needed. Again, I had an excellent experience staying at the rental!
