you will have this private, quiet guesthouse all to yourself ..14' ceilings and a 25'x10' balcony to sun on....it comes with 2 free beach passes, and a beach cart with 2 chairs and umbrella......you may have stayed in my front house with the peace sign, now, I am offering my rear guesthouse, originally built in the 1800's as a barn, this redesigned building with 14' ceilings was completely rebuilt in 2003 just 4 blocks from the beach. It is walking distance to everything.

Gorgeous renovated 4 bedroom house in Ocean Grove

We really enjoyed our stay over the Thanksgiving Weekend. The king bed in the loft area is connected to a separate sitting room and its own bathroom, which made for a perfect staging area for our 14 month old and all his stuff without getting in the way of the rest of our family. Street parking was no problem. The house is very close to downtown Asbury Park restaurants and stores. Less than 5 minute walk to Brando's. ~10 min walk to Pascal and Sabines, Cardinal Provisions, Cafe Volan, etc.

We just got home from our second stay at Judi’s cottage. We had previously stayed in 2022. The cottage is everything advertised. We stayed for a week with our two young children (ages 1 and 4), and with my mother for 4 of the nights. The cottage was a perfect size for all of us, and really utilized the space well. We were able to cook and do laundry, and again especially loved the front porch and fenced in front yard, which kept us comfortable that the kids were safe when relaxing and dining outside. The location is perfect, we enjoyed the Sea Hear Now music festival in Asbury, and there were many restaurants and activities a short walk or bike ride from the house. No complaints, we would stay again in a heartbeat! We did not need Judi’s assistance at all during our stay but I know she would have been very responsive if needed.

We had a wonderful stay and appreciated the coffee and other bathroom and kitchen essentials ( oils, spices, vinegar, sugar, paper towels). The decor was so peaceful and the ceiling fans and windows provided lots of lovely breeze and airflow. Not having to carry a key was amazing! It was quiet and beds super confortable.
