We also share our passive cooling technique during the warmer months with our guests.

It’s beautiful Adirondack decor is very welcoming and you will be very impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this stay. Relax and enjoy all the comforts of home with WIFI, ATT and Verizon cell service. We have a full house generator, mini split for air conditioning, deck area, a grill, and an area with a fire pit all with the river and mountain view’s. Boat parking!

Located in the Village of Speculator, a beautiful place in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Right on the snowmobile trail. Kayakers can shove off from the lake right located nearby. Restaurants, pubs and a local grocery store minutes away. The cabin is perfect for 2. A third person will add a 25.00 per night fee. Due to allergy reasons we can accept no pets.

The 2nd floor offers 3 bedrooms and another full bathroom. A large open air porch makes a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee, large enough for evening entertaining after a day at the beach which is only a 2 minute walk away.

The spacious front porch grants a protected outdoor space to watch the wildlife and enjoy the fresh air with your family and pup.

Please note: - 1 adult dog welcome (no puppies or cats), with pet fee - busy season housekeeping days are Mon and Fri (so 3 day weekend, 4 day midweek or one week arriving on a Mon or Fri is possible) - only guests on lease to be on property (no parties)
