Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Wellington

Our son daughter-in-law and grandson loved the home from home experience. Great for location being near our daughter and shops in Newtown. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it will be available for our next NZ visit probably 2027. We will use it for ourselves as it was so much better than the place we stayed in. All the facilities we needed. Big enough for the family to get together and enjoy a family meal. The garden was a bonus. Just keep doing what you are doing.

We have stayed at this place on a couple of occasions. Not only is the view beautiful but a comfortable clean environment with comfortable beds and an excellent host. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic wee apartment in Lyall Bay. Beautifully appointed and handy to the Kilbirnie village and the beach. Lots of lovely wee touches and attention to detail. Super friendly hosts, Thoroughly recommend this Airbnb.

Absolutely LOVED this space for a long term. (3.5 weeks) stay with my 2 year old son inbetween house settlement dates! It was so peaceful and we had the best time. The beds are sooo comfortable, and it has everything you need! Highly recommend. Modern, warm, stunning.

Great apartment on a lovely neighborhood. You are a 10 minute walk away from the Khandallah shops. You have restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, pretty much everything you need a quick stroll away. Jules is a very responsive and responsible host. She took care of everything and the apartment is great. We were welcomed with treats and super useful tips! Highly recommended!

What a great spot for Wellington! We were staying for a work trip but would 100% recommend for those wanting to explore the city. Giles was great, easy to communicate with and the apartment was perfect for our small group. Lovely views, easy to find our way around and close to the supermarket.

Didn’t take any photos of the place, however the view was stunning! The house was very clean, the beds were super comfy and so were the pillows. It was a great big space! On Rainy days I did wish there was roof cover for the balcony… also for those who can’t do stairs. There was a few flights to climb! But well worth the trip. Amazing host, milk, coffee and a wine on arrival! Greta cafe right under the apartment was fair priced, delicious and great customer service! Thank you Giles & Zoe

Great Air BnB for our three night Wellington stay. Very walkable to the City Centre but also close to a bus stop. Ten minutes uber from the airport. Had everything we needed. Will stay again when visiting family.

Exactly as described. Located in a quiet suburb, yet still close to the city centre. There’re supermarkets and a few restaurants nearby.

Great views, comfortable bed and we loved the cabinet with coffee and late night granola snack. Excellent tub with epson salts after a long day of exercise. Highly recommend. Very clean. Thanks Sue!

Maria’s place was beautiful, super clean and cosy. Had all you need. Exactly like the photos. Our stay was very last minute as well as our extension but Maria accommodated us so well and took some stress off our shoulders. Thank you Maria! Hopefully we’ll be able to stay again soon 🥰

Fantastic location! Walkable to Cuba Street and Courtenay Place. The place itself was very clean and homely. We would highly recommend staying here!

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

This is a great place to stay, great location. The apartment was very well cleaned and loved how the kitchen had extra bits.
