All good things to say. The place is new, centrally located and was perfect for our stay. The place was super clean and comfortable. Very happy with our choice and appreciate the guys for offering such a great space for our trip.

This is THE PERFECT location in Ptown--hands-down! Right in the center of things, Erik's place is the perfect balance of serene, located two blocks off the bustle of Commercial St., and convenient by being walkable to practically every destination in town. The condo is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable, and as a host, Erik is friendly and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again on a future trip to Ptown, and in fact, it'd be among my top choices of places to choose for a home-away-from-home.

Chris and Ken's place was exactly as described. Location was excellent! One street away from the hustle and bustle of Commercial street but so close that you could walk out the door and be right there! Place was exactly as pictured and had all the amenities needed for a stay. Everything we needed for a 4 day weekend was available and walkable to a grocery store as well. The ONLY negatives were that the stairs to the bedrooms were steep (totally normal for older New England homes. Didn't deter my partner and I, but someone with knee problems may have a hard time). And the driveway was SMALL (can fit three cars for the units but you may have to move your car if all three units are occupied and someone needs to get out of the driveway. We didn't have this issue during our stay, but if you aren't used to coastal city living then could come as a surprise.) Overall , we would definitely stay there again. Perfect place for 2 people and decorated very well :)

The place was well located a brief 5 min walk to commercial street. This place was clean, spacious, and frankly had more amenities than we anticipated. Also, a stylish apartment that felt cool to stay in. Would stay here again and might just do that next year!

Kathryn place was just as advertised. Was a lovely unit and easy to explore Chatham in the surrounding areas. Katherine provided clear check in instructions and followed up promptly with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stephen’s place was a gem. And fun, quirky decor that just took it up another level. It was the perfect place for a long weekend! Stephen was great to work with and very communicative.

EXCELLENT!!! One of our best Air Bnb experiences ever. This is a great beach cottage with a beautiful sea view and steps to the beach. Great features include: plenty of comfortable seating (inside and outside), good beds, nice linens and towels, lots of hooks to hang coats etc., nice table & chairs for games & meals, good TV size, well stocked kitchen, parking very close to the condo. Quiet spot, but a short drive to P-town for food & activities. Joe is a TERRIFIC host - responsive and helpful, but not overbearing. Great communication and local recommendations. Would 100% recommend!

This location was perfect for a relaxing weekend away with my wife and pup. From a quiet, peaceful, space to being surrounded by all the restaurants and shops, it was just what we wanted. The views are gorgeous, and almost every window has a view of the water. The space was set far enough off the street that it felt extremely private and quiet with a view of the beach. Hosts were proactive with reaching out to ensure we had the info we needed to get parked, and into the location without any issues. Space was immaculate and arranged so nicely from placement to furniture to art. Would stay here again 10/10

The perfect stay if you’re looking to be within a five minute walk from the main strip of p-town! Place was gorgeous and the host is super sweet! The only thing you should be mindful of is although it sleeps three, there is only one parking spot, and no free public parking so plan accordingly! Other than that, it was a perfect stay and I’d love to come here again 💕

We had a wonderful stay at Brian and James’s- prior to our check in they were really informative and so we were able to find the condo easily. The space is beautiful and cosy with a kitchen equipped with all we needed. Location was perfect - very walkable and great location for accessing beaches, restaurants and bars. We hope we get to come back soon!

Had a wonderful week in Ptown. The place is easy walking distance to everything. In the middle of the fun yet private and peaceful. Unit was exactly as shown or better. Easy checkin. And the entry to the unit was very helpful. You get an assigned parking space which really helps.

A perfect stay at Steven’s place. Comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, cozy, perfectly located in the center of town. The apartment is more spacious than the photos make it seem. Great communication from Steven. Would not hesitate to return.

Kellie and David were great! They always made themselves available if we needed anything. The accommodations were also great, clean and plenty of room for two of us plus our small pup. We were visiting friends who have a tiny place nearby; too small to comfortably get together. We enjoyed a few nights having them over for dinner, cards and other games. So nice to entertain at ‘our place’! It was winter and cold weather, so didn’t have a chance to relax on the rear deck overlooking the water, but the sunrise, sunsets and New Year’s Eve fireworks were spectacular, with a no-hassle front row seat! We’ll have to visit again during warmer months. Parking was the only downside; a common dilemma in Ptown, but the house is in such a great location, with so much available within walking distance, simply park and walk to everything: beach, town, shops, food!

exactly as advertised, was great...not in the center of the craziness of provincetown but close enough...have been going to provincetown for decades (even had stores there a long time ago), but never stayed in this part of town, which is now my favorite...jason is a helpful and responsive host...space is quiet, comfortable & close to the water...perfect 3 days!

A wonderful, restful, and peaceful winter week away! Christopher and Don's place is snug, comfy, and a quick walk to town. The fireplace made it super welcoming on what was a very cold week. Hosts were friendly and responsive and the place was spotlessly clean. A perfect way to experience everything PTown has to offer!

Had a great weekend at Josh’s place! Smooth booking process, great communication, easy checkin. The space was clean and exactly as advertised. I’d definitely recommend both Josh as a host and this location as a Cape getaway!

The location is fabulous and very close to many amenities - coffee, groceries, restaurants and the beach. While it was a small space, it was well laid out, comfortable to be in, very clean and had a respectable kitchen for its small size (which I used). Devon was very proactive and friendly when I asked him about the microwave not working - I had missed that it wasn't plugged in! The condo was very quiet at night even though it is close to a road. I will definitely return to Devon's place should I need to travel there and it is available.

What a special place to have your morning coffee, overlooking the gorgeous ocean views! The place was spotless, exactly as pictured, super clear entry and instructions. So close to all P’town has to offer but just far enough off the main strip for some real peacefulness! Would recommend to anyone! Hosts provide excellent local information and were incredibly communicative. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Garrett’s place. The apartment location can’t be beat, right on the water and walking distance to town but also nice and peaceful. Our family enjoyed the balcony and the comfy living room and kitchen. Would recommend!

We had a great stay with Rob in his cottage at Ocean Edge! The place had clearly been recently updated and it utilized space well such that it lived much bigger then its footprint. While it rained the whole time we were there, we could see Ocean Edge being a fun community for active folks. We highly recommend you stay here!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this beautiful and quaint condo for a wedding weekend in Dennis and it couldn’t have been a more perfect place with a more perfect location!We both felt safe and comfortable immediately upon arrival and loved spending time outside on the porch and enjoying walking around the area! We would both recommend this stay to anyone!

We loved our stay at the 'Sea Salt Studio'! Bonnie's place is exactly as depicted, very cute, cozy and well-appointed. It truly gave us home away from home vibes. The bathroom is very small, especially if two people are trying to get ready at the same time, but otherwise, it's perfect. We stayed just ahead of the summer season and were pleasantly surprised to find we were some of the few people staying in that neighborhood, so we were really able to enjoy some peace and tranquility. The location was great! We could smell the ocean air and hear the waves as soon as we arrived. One of the small local beaches was less than a 5 minute walk down the street. It was the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning. Bonnie's place also served as a great home base to explore all that the Cape has to offer. We were easily able to drive to Woods Hole to catch the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard one day and then head out to Provincetown the next. We highly recommend staying here!
