This is the 4th or 5th visit, we love it! & a Great place for the dog to play ball!!

Great little AirBnB. We really enjoyed our stay. Ana is a great host, we would definitely come back.

Brad and his staff were approachable, respectful, easy & very timely with their communication, and extremely friendly! Everything was described correctly. The bright sunshine that comes into the living rm through the sheers and skylight makes a big difference on mood, lots of Vit D!! :) esp. if you want to have some respite to offer your UNCO kiddo. He's a big tub kid so the bathtub they don't have in dorms was a huge hit! Kitchen has everything you need if flying in. I prefer a harder bed for my back but that's just me! It's still very comfortable! The rollaways are great as far as rollaways go (like upscale hotel quality). I don't mind stairs, but FYI there are 2 flights to climb to the best loft. Great place to have coffee downstairs at Margie's extremely close to campus. Depending on how many of our family come next visit, we'd love to stay here again! The directions to the place were spot on. Entry code worked flawlessly. The place was very clean and welcoming. The instructions (including expectations for departure) were clear and reasonable. Everything worked (tv, outlets, coffee maker, etc.). The bed was very comfortable. We loved listening to the rooster in the morning. I had messaged Ted prior to the stay requesting a slight change and he responded promptly and was able to accommodate my request. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is it!
