Teresa's Cottage is very private very comfortable and quiet at night. We have stayed many times and we always sleep well. It's a good location especially if you are an outdoors person like hiking, fishing and exploring. There's so much to see and you can go in several directions and get into the mountains or maybe just kick back at the rivers. It's a nice place to come back at the end of the day and get a hot shower and make a home cooked meal.

Great stay at Riverbend Sanctuary! We booked a last-minute stay, and the host was very thoughtful and accommodating. For future guests: I highly recommend experiencing the reviving combo of hot tub plus cold plunge. Here's the recipe for feeling great: 5-minute hot tub, then 1-minute cold plunge, for at least three consecutive rounds— All under the stars with the sound of the river in the background. Thanks for the great stay!

We arrived around 3 am and were able to easily find the cabin with the thorough instructions, thankfully, because the GPS wasn’t working. Upon arrival we were greeted with a sky full of stars - there’s no light pollution out here. We set up our tripod and took some photos, feeling safe outside. We only seen 2 foxes but they were cool. The cabin was clean and well kept. It is the perfect amount of space for 2 people. Everybody we ran into on the farm was SO friendly. Lucia gave us a tour, the property is so beautiful!! Coming from Chicago, it’s the change of speed that we needed. They gave us fresh eggs and homemade butter that we cooked up in the cabin. SO DELICIOUS! I cannot recommend this place enough. If you’re deciding between a few different locations, CHOOSE THIS ONE!! You will not regret it.
