Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Waukee

This is the second year that l have stayed at Greg's place. I appreciate his accommodating my little dog and being able to stay one night on my trip north. It's a nice bonus to having my car in his garage. My possessions are safe and then, I only have to unpack what I need. The back deck is lovely and leads into a pretty, highly decorated backyard. There are steps, but I am 67 and managed quite well. I recommend Greg as a host and his place as a good place to stay.

Great stay in the heart of easy village. The 2 key setup for the front and back door was strange but it worked as we followed the instructions. space felt big with the layout, water pressure was good as well as the hot water.

Space was consistent with listing. Convenient location and very responsive host. Definitely recommend.

Felt like home! Didn’t use the kitchen except for snacks, we ate out our entire stay, but if you were to use the kitchen it was stocked with all your needs! I personally would suggest eating at Bluebei sushi & Grill right below the Air B & B I suggest trying EDAMAME & CHARRED EDAMAME & SHISHITO PEPPERS OMG everyone was happy with their orders ! This location is perfect, no car need, there’s something for everyone in walking distance! If I could give more the 5 ⭐️ I would

Stayed at Carl’s place for the 70.3 Ironman. He was very responsive and helped with all of my questions and was extremely generous. Very nice spacious house to fit all of the guest. No issues at all, I would definitely stay there again.

Becky was very nice and always available if i needed help with anything. Her place was very cute and clean

Anthony’s house is really nice and clean. Darn near spotless. He was very responsive when I messaged him. He said he was actively working to deal with the only issue I experienced regarding noise from a nearby property. It was a positive stay overall for me.

We absolutely loved staying here. We were in town visiting family and needed a place to stay nearby. This house has so many amenities that are perfect for families. We spent a lot of time in the basement where the kids played in the kids area while we played pool and watched TV in the bar area. It has ample space for large families and is close to so many attractions in the Jordan Creek area. We will definitely stay again!

Absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable home with everything we could have hoped to have for our stay to celebrate my daughter-in-law’s med school graduation from DMU! Very spacious, comfortable furniture, incredible kitchen, beautiful deck and back yard (we saw a doe and newborn fawn!), huge tv in the basement - and Debbie thought of absolutely everything and was the perfect host. 5+ stars!

Nice house in a great new neighborhood! Everything just like to photos. Very easy to get to off the interstate, and check-in was very easy and flexible. Highly recommend!

Very friendly host. The apartment has a lot of space, is very clean and easy to live in. When we come back we would love to rent this apartment again. Around the corner several good restaurants and a hyvee to get groceries.

The condo was amazing. Well furnished and comfortable beds. Lots of room to spread out. The rooftop area was pretty. The only negatives are that there is no front door…the only entrance is a steep garage. I’m not sure I knew that. Also, the k cup part of the coffee station was not working and the garbage disposal isn’t working.

Jennifer’s condo is spacious, well lit and in a convenient location in the city. The furnishings are thoughtful and tasteful, and the unit has plenty of comfortable seating.

Great location for a basketball tournament at the convention center. Walkable from outside or the sky walk. Great communication and parking.
