Perfect for our girls weekend! Lots of space and relaxing place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. BEAUTIFUL space and location! Close to Top Golf, swimming complex, shopping, and restaurants! Hosts were super helpful and very responsive! We had a great weekend and will be back!

Great place to stay . Very roomy lots of couches outside space was great. Comfortable beds the kitchen was great. They had everything you’d need. Totally recommend this place.

We stayed at this house for the National Speech and Debate Tournament, and it was absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit—perfect for relaxing after long days. There was plenty of space for all of our students to sleep comfortably, but what really stood out was how much room there was for everyone to spread out and have their own space when needed. The layout is ideal for a large group, and everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I would strongly recommend this house to any group traveling together. It made our trip even more memorable!

Beautiful and comfortable home! This house is a delight with lots of charming details and amenities. The house offers plenty of square footage with multi-use rooms and spaces throughout. The pool was beautiful, clean, and so much fun. We were in town to visit our son for his college graduation from Drake University. This home made the weekend even better for our family to celebrate the occasion. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood is historic and beautiful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the Des Moines area.

We absolutely loved our time here. This place is a gem - 10/10. The host was very welcoming, had wonderful communication and went above and beyond for our stay. The house is incredible, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything is maintained very well. I saw some reviews about there only being one bathroom with a shower, our group of ladies were aware and planned accordingly and it was no issue for us at all (there is more than one bathroom to clarify, just one with a shower). There are TONS of comfortable spots throughout the house to get ready. We had many plans to get out in Des Moines while visiting, and we truly just never wanted to leave the house, we were enjoying it that much. We are already looking for dates to come back next year. The home is large and great for many people. The party barn was an amazing place to hang out with family and play games. The home and yard is very private, we saw deer running across the yard. The check in and check out was so easy.

Melissa's place is conveniently located, clean, and she communicates well. A great host!

I had a wonderful stay. The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. While the house is small, it doesn’t feel cramped in the least. You have everything you need in a very workable space. If I need a place in DM again, this will be my first choice.

Molly's house was just perfect for us! The house was lovely and in a peaceful setting. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, and one of the best AirBnb kitchens we've had. Molly is a helpful host without being overly intrusive. Overall, a great stay!

Cozy house, recent renovations, modern Kitchen and Bathroom. Minutes from venue of our event in Waukee. This will always be our first choice when attending events in the area.

Lovely and unique home with lots of space and floor to ceiling windows. Good outdoor space too. Very convenient to the airport and downtown Des Moines.

Debbie and Cole’s place was very clean and thoughtfully prepared. They always responded quickly and kindly whenever we reached out, with detailed and considerate answers. The location is also great. Very close to the airport. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 days at the Cheetah House, and it was everything described! We were in and out of the house majority of the time though so we didnt get to actually enjoy the game room, but it was nice to have! Amanda was responsive and although we didnt have to reach out to her during our stay, she still provided her husbands phone number while she was out of town in case we needed something. We will be back next year!

Our stay at The Roost exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and worked perfectly for our family (kids 1.5 and 5.5) and my father who is disabled. The area was beautiful and gave the kids plenty to do outside. We loved the swings and hammocks as well as the friendly chickens nearby. The newly built deck added more space out back and was a pleasant surprise upon arrival. Although it was extremely hot outside, you didnt feel it due to the shade abd breeze the property provided. Kris was the best host and responsive to all of our questions. Her store next door was adorable and had so many great local options for meat, wine, and other souvenirs. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back in the future!

We rented Victoria’s House for my daughter’s wedding at Rosefarm. It was so nice to stay right at the venue. Karri is so welcoming and the house is beautiful. We picked farm fresh eggs for breakfast in the morning, which the grandkids loved! We used the large back deck area often to enjoy morning coffee and for grilling in the evening. If you are looking for a peaceful get away near Des Moines, I would highly recommend staying here!

Everything about the stay was excellent! We had a family gathering with someone who lives near town and needed a little extra room to accommodate everyone visiting from out of town. The rooms were lovely, clean and spacious which was exactly what we needed! The living room had a large sectional that perfectly accommodated all guests and the bonus space downstairs was great too. Will hopefully stay again in the future for other gatherings!

The home is very clean and as described. Elaina is quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. There was an issue with our initial home we rented that was unexpected and beyond her control and she went out of her way to help us get into this home. We are very grateful for all she does!

We stayed here for my sister’s wedding, and it was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been more convenient— which made everything so much easier during such a busy weekend. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without it! 10/10—highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown Des Moines, especially for events or with family!!!

We loved staying here for a family vacation with our 3 kids. They had so much fun we rarely had to leave the house. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This home was perfect for our stay! We were able to fit the amount people we needed. It was clean and had everything we needed. Jordan Creek wasn’t far down the road for shopping or restaurants. David was very responsive and quick to respond with solutions or answers to my questions. I will definitely be looking for this home when we come back next year!

Host was outstanding, communication was great, the house was amazing and fun! This place had a lot to do with the game room, pickleball court, and great outside space! I have already told friends about this home. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to have a fun place to feel at home.
