Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

Benjamin did a great job of communicating with us , great location and we really enjoyed the big private back yard and deck for our family gathering ! It’s very close to tons of restaurants and parks, it’s a safe family neighborhood and easy to get to the interstate if you are heading to Jordan Creek or downtown Des Moines . We will be back !

We stopped in Van Meter on our trip to Colorado and had a lovely stay. Summer was very responsive and attentive and met all our needs. The house was clean and very welcoming. It's obviously well-cared for and had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. Her kitchen things were very organized and we loved the character of the house. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Thanks for such a great stay, Summer! We'd definitely stay again.
