Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Waterville

Enjoyed a wonderful weekend here with our family (5 adults, 1 child, 1 dog). The house is very comfortable & beautifully updated/decorated. The setting is even better in person than we were expecting with an expansive lawn perfect for playing games. We had read other reviews about the neighbors having free roaming pet rabbits and saw them quite a bit. Fortunately our dog is a good listener and left them alone but could prove challenging for other dogs depending on their temperament. The lake was gorgeous and the location within one of the coves felt quiet and private while offering easy access to the rest of the lake via boat, kayak, etc. Enjoyed sitting on the dock & picnic table by the waters edge. Appreciated all the kayaks, games, toiletries & kitchen items provided as well as the large deck with grill & the firepit with chairs. Conveniently close to the boat launch, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, etc. if you need to run out for anything. Thanks for a great stay!

The house on the tidal river was perfect! My wife loved the extra suite as a get away for reading and watching the wildlife on the river. Easy to get to town by taking the walkway bridge too! Kathy was a great host!

Definitely book this Airbnb! Right on the water, great communication with host, a good place to stop on the way to Acadia. Had a nice dinner in town and then relaxed in the jacuzzi.

We absolutely loved our stay, the house is very private and comfy. The master bathroom and kitchen were both really nice. Beds are very comfy as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

We loved staying at this location! The setting was private and peaceful. The house was beautiful and it seemed like they had thought of everything. It was great to have the canoe and kayaks and of course we also loved the indoor and outdoor showers and indoor and outdoor fire options. This place was a splurge but I would say definitely worth it!

We had an amazing time. TJ was very responsive and gave his secrets for fishing! He also accommodated a request that was an overlook on my part. I can’t say enough good things about the place itself or how nice TJ was. It was a phenomenal experience all around!

Our stay at Margaret's home was very relaxing and comfortable. Pristine bathroom, kitchen and bedding. The lake view was so much more than we anticipated. It was serene, peaceful, and breathtaking. She went out of her way to answer questions for us about the area, and we left feeling like we just gained a new friend. Jeff and Donna

If you’re looking for a peaceful, safe, clean, well-stocked and adorable place to stay in mid-Maine, I 100% recommend! It’s a quick drive to Camden which is chock full of restaurants, shops and a view of the water. It’s also a perfect central place to drive up or down the coast on your adventures. Cat was a great host and was able to answer any questions I had.

We’ve been staying at Carolyn's for a few years & are always happy it’s available for the dates we like coming up. So happy we discovered it! It feels like home!

The place is very nice and private. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the downtown area in Camden. Walking distance to the trail to Mt Battie. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Jason was very friendly and had clear instructions on how to use everything. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at The Bee Keepers Cottage was amazing. The property met our needs perfectly and it was super cute and cozy. The host was very responsive and communicative. And for any star gazers out there, the sky on a clear night is mesmerizing.

This was our 2nd year staying there for Memorial Day weekend. this year we extended our stay. once again Penelope was an amazing host. so love staying there. We will be going back! highly recommend it!

Really enjoyed my extended stay. Spring was so accommodating and reached out throughout my three week stay to check-in and make sure I had everything I needed. The property was tucked away, but right in town making it walkable, but also private. This is a great spot to stay with an awesome host!

Grace’s studio is a delight. Was so comfortable and full of thoughtful touches. Grace stocked the kitchen with organic coffee, a fresh container of half and half, which was so generous of her. I have never encountered that in my travels. There is everything, shampoo, soap and even a little sewing kit! There are lovely artistic touches around the unit. The view of the river was sublime and the location is quiet. Close to everything, walkable, great bookstore, good restaurants, Bred in the Bone, superb. Fun shops. The unit is small. Perfect for 1, but 2 is possible. Thank you, Grace for a perfect stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Heather's condo. It was cozy, clean and the location was perfect! I would definitely recommend Heather's place to anyone looking to stay in Boothbay Harbor.

The towel barely wrapped her on my head, so it definitely wasn’t gonna fit around my butt

This was an excellent condo for us before and after the Sugarloaf road race. It was very clean and welcoming. The hosts were attentive and proactive with information. We would absolutely stay here again!

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.

Simply perfect! Everything in the kitchen is new, in working order, extremely well-stocked. The home is clean and comfortable with amazing fine art everywhere. And the view! We couldn't get enough of the beauty, watching the Ospreys fishing, walking the little beach. Lots of hiking close-by. Rockland has great seafood market, bakery, bookstore. The Transportation Museum is excellent.

This was such a perfect home base! 15min from Portland and close to the highway :) for our group of 4 there was an optimal amount of space for a weekend together and the home was equipped with all the amenities you could need

Awesome condo for a ski weekend and within walking distance to one of the best restaurants and ski bars in town. Quick drive to the mountain in the morning and you are on a lift in a short amount of time. Zach was great and we would stay here again.
