Holiday rentals with a patio in Waterford

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Jennifer's place was a great option for us in the chaos of finding a wedding spot in Memorial Day weekend. We flew with our little one for the first time and needed a place that would be able to accommodate us. The availability of a pack-and-play, a high chair, and other helpful baby items made our stay much easier and less stressful. We were comfortable, in a great area, and the communication was amazing.

Sabrina's place was by far the nicest place we have stayed in New Haven. I felt welcomed with little extras like cocoa packets, a variety of coffees (we left our favorite brand), very simple yet tasteful decor and most of all extra comfy beds. Her place was spotless, had modern appliances and small touches here and there like the small little xmas tree lite up at the back entrance. I felt very secure and give my experience a 5/5. Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

We (short-term owners of three years) had a fantastic week-long stay with a group of 7! The house was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly attentive, kind, and quick with helpful suggestions. The variety of games and activities—especially the record player, fire pits, hot tub, and air hockey—kept us entertained. All amenities were ready for use, making our stay truly enjoyable. A perfect long weekend getaway for my wife, 2 toddlers and infant. Relaxing and great location. The little beach access just a short walk away was amazing. Already thinking about going back.

This was our second time staying here and once again it was an amazing experience. Alexis is a great host! We love this house and its surroundings. The house is very clean, has everything you need, and is on a beautiful property. We love seeing the beautiful horses from the kitchen window. There’s a super cute tree swing in the front of the house. The house is about 7 or 8 minutes from Mohegan Sun. We will definitely be staying here again!

Had a girls trip here this weekend and our stay was great! it wasn’t the most luxurious of places but it was cozy and gave the vibes of a beachside motel. Incredible location made it worth the price, overall really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Harbor House! Location was perfect for my son's USCGA graduation activities and wedding. Great space in the home easily accommodated two families - did not at all feel crowded with all 10 of us! Host happily accommodated a special request which we really appreciated. Teens absolutely loved the downstairs game room.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

just returned from annual moms weekend away...Erin's place was beautiful! well stocked, clean, looked just like the pics, great sound system. loved the extra little details like the large ice cubes already made (for me as an old fashioned snob), the adorable dry bar, and the decor in general w all the gold touches-it made it stand out from the typical! the best was walking in and smelling how fresh and clean and homey it was! would def recommend. also we had zero questions bc she was so proactive reaching out prior to checking in. check out her place! :)

Great apartment! Furniture is comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighborhood is peaceful. During my stay the cutting boards were stored between the microwave and wall (took me a day to find them)

Super cool villa so close to Mohegan. Beds were very comfortable and it was the easiest check in and entry! Loved the decor and vibe of the place!
