Richard and Martha's place was very relaxing. It was nice seeing all the deer on the way in and stopping by the visitors center at the park to see the water. We will be back again.

Mindy and Charlotte were amazing! Due to another booking/listing issue, we had to rebook, found this listing, and booked last-minute in the evening of the day we wanted to check-in. They responded almost immediately, confirmed our reservation, and we were inside within 30 minutes. The house is beautiful, with a gorgeous view! It's a 3 minute walk to the slopes, which was perfect for a lunch and relax during the 1.5hours on a twilight lift pass. Highly recommend for your Sugar Mountain stay!

Great and homey residence. A little hard to get to; we were arriving in the dark and missed the driveway twice. Overall, we’ll definitely consider going back.

The townhome was very spacious. It was fully equipped with everything you may need in a kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Greay cozy little spot felt right and home and relaxed. Perfect distance from beech mintain as well literally 2 mins away and made the stay that much better. Parking may be slightly tight for bigger vehicles is all.

We came to sugar mountain for the first time on a holiday weekend and our stay did not disappoint! Kristi’s condo is extremely convenient and a short walk from the ticketing area. Alternatively, you could drive to the parking lot and take the bus to be dropped off right in front of the main area. Kristi was extremely responsive and an incredible host. We had everything we could ask for in the kitchen and living room area. The king bed in the primary was comfortable and the sofa bed and loft beds were cozy. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels available. It was nice to have a washer and drier in unit so that we could dry our gear each night. This place is great for a cozy, low key weekend!

This is a great place to stay. It’s clean, modern, well stocked with linens and appliances, and the view is exceptional. We were greeted each day by a family of deer who had no problem eating out of our hands or following us on walks. The fire pit had lots of wood available. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very responsive host.

This place really is the GOAT of Beech Mtn. It is spacious and had everything we needed. Bottom floor worked great for my brother's family and his two young children. The top floor was perfect for two couples. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and dinners in the kitchen and eating together at the dining table. At first not knowing the area, it is hard to imagine how this is an actual ski-in/out, but after getting some snow and getting familiar with the ski slopes we figured it out. Within walking distance, you can access a lift and my son and brother actually snowboarded right back to our door after a good snowfall and they loved it! We will definitely book here again!

Our family of 6 went on our first ski trip at Sugar Mountain and Appalachian Mountain and stayed in Faith's condo. We loved the location. Walkable to many restaurants. We walked to get ice cream at night. Short drive to Sugar Mountain. Condo was very clean and spacious. Faith was very responsive with questions and concerns. We had a little mishap where the bed frame broke the first night upon sitting on the bed (he is 190 pounds). We had to make do and share 2 bedrooms between the 6 of us. Faith had the bed fixed by the next day and refunded us a small portion for the inconvenience. We were grateful for her responsiveness. I can see other Airbnb owners blaming the renters and charging them extra instead. Overall a great experience and great memories for our first ski trip. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Eva was very responsive when we needed help. Her condo is a perfect ski condo and super close to beech mountain ski resort. The condo itself was warm and welcoming and very clean and organized. We would definitely come back!

Nice location, not directly on the slopes but a walkable distance. We were there for a mtb race so an easier bike ride. Would definitely hear again.
