Apartment holiday rentals in Watauga County

Our girls trip was great. Shannon’s place was clean, as described , peaceful and in a great location. Her instructions were extremely clear. We actually had no reason to reach out to her. She made sure we had all the information needed for our stay. She also had some amazing chocolate chip cookies, waiting for us when we arrived. ❤️

Adorable little place- loved the painted walls and the little details throughout. Very dog friendly which we appreciated! Clean space and nice little balcony. Looked just like the pictures. Becky was very responsive and flexible.

We travel frequently and can say that issues found at other rentals were not issues here! This condo was as listed, felt very comfortable with upscale details, had a fully stocked kitchen (we were able to cook a large dinner with ease), provided started supplies, and allowed us to fully enjoy the serene setting. I definitely recommend this rental for both summer mountain exploration and winter ski access…the slope is a short walk away! We plan to return to the area and will be choosing this rental again and that says a lot because I am pretty darn picky!

This apartment was the perfect location for proximity to everything in Beech. There weren't a ton of instructions for anything, but they also weren't super necessary. However, when I reached out to the host about things, he was incredibly responsive. Really appreciated this place for our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This Airbnb felt like home! Everything was perfect. The place was clean and spacious, and the host was super kind and helpful. The jacuzzi tub was our favorite, and the patio views were amazing. I loved the room so much that I used it to propose to my wife. She said yes! This stay will definitely be one we’ll never forget, and we’ll definitely be returning. If you’re looking for an Airbnb, you won’t be disappointed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect location to be able to go do different things and come back to relax at the end of the day!

Absolutely perfect spot for a ski getaway. We had a blast at Beech Mtn and loved being able to snuggle up next to a real fire after a wonderful day of skiing

Everything we expected and more. It was a beautiful spot in a great location. It was a lot bigger than expected as well. We also didn’t realize how close it was to the ski resort!! You can walk there. We will definitely be back.

We loved the place. It had everything and more. We felt right at home and it feels very cozy. The location was perfect. Close to everything you need and we took the free shuttle to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort a couple of times which was a plus. Very comfortable and spacious. Thank you for everything. We had great time during our stay.

Jim’s place was the perfect place to stay for a ski weekend at Beech Mountain. The condo was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 3. We also loved being so close to the pool area. Jim was super responsive when we checked in and had some last minute questions. We loved our stay!

Comfortable stay in a cozy spot that was quite a deal. The owner is responsive and upfront about every piece the location. Everything that you need is there for you in a pinch if you forget something or need a little extra. Great location in-town.

Cozy space , very close and convenient to outings. Luckily there wasn’t snow to drive up the mountain, it can get foggy tho but nothing that can’t be handled with safety. Definitely recommend :)

Honestly this place was better than the photos! They went all out to make us comfortable from having towels&makeup towels, towel warmers, (we brought our own shampoo, conditioner and body wash) they also provided that for us! my sister & I have light sensitivity, so to be able to dim the bathroom lights was amazing&felt more relaxing to shower. They had an abundance of soft blankets That’s a triple plus I love a good soft blanket, lots of pillows, fully stocked kitchen with a microwave safe plate cover to prevent any mess., beautiful scenery’s!The bird house out back was a sweet touch & the momma bird was super proactive on feeding her babies despite us being around. It just felt super homey ♥️. The outdoor pool& hot tub was by far our favorite,that alone was worth every penny.The views were incredible& unexpected!!!!! I didn’t even see that in the photos of this place so that was a great surprise! We were WOWED! Also, Ryan was incredibly proactive with response time&sweet. 10/10

Great place to stay for our ski trip!

We always enjoy staying here! It’s our go-to place on Beech Mountain. Super-comfortable beds. We love sitting on the balcony and watching the deer while we have coffee in the morning. Michelle is a gracious host and an excellent communicator. Thanks again for another great stay!

We had a great weekend stay in Roxana’s apartment. It was a comfortable place for relaxing and working, and a great home base while enjoying the bike park and local hiking. In the evenings we enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place! I had one problem but the owner acted fast and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo on Beech Mountain! The listing was spot on—everything was exactly as described. The space was neat, nicely decorated, and had a cozy mountain feel. It was also incredibly quiet, making for a peaceful getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sledding hill, which was a huge plus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!
