We absolutely loved this Airbnb! Tina and David are so kind and welcoming. Tina was quick to reply to any request, she has this home stocked with everything you can possibly need. The home is very clean, beautiful and even larger than I expected. We absolutely loved how serene and peaceful the property is. We loved visiting the chickens and the horse. OMG my daughter absolutely loves their sweet horse. We will definitely be back. We have stayed at a ton of VRBO, rentals and Airbnbs. this is definitely one of our favorites. Thank you Tina and Davis for making our trip so wonderful!

Katy Chalet is a terrific find for anyone staying in Boonville. It’s walkable to several restaurants and shopping, yet it’s located in a quiet neighborhood and boasts a lot of trees and a private deck off the back that is also accessible from the 2nd floor. With full laundry and a large open concept kitchen/living room/dining room that’s great for hanging with friends and family, you just can’t beat this place for all it offers. The host, Sue, is also very friendly and was super helpful with everything we needed. We will return to stay whenever we return to the area!

Loved staying at this place! The perfect spot to escape the city. The house was clean and comfy. The pool was awesome!

This was a great stay and our group of guys really enjoyed the farmhouse! The goats and chickens were very friendly and the property has so many fun and cool things to do and find. Marta was wonderful to communicate with and very fun!

Loved my stay at this apartment! It was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable— exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, and check-in was smooth and easy. It felt like a home away from home, and i already booked again. Highly recommend.

Our stay at The Mullet was absolutely perfect! We were in town for a number of activities downtown and the location could not have been better - right in the middle of everything and easy to pop in an out throughout the day. Despite the fact that it is next to a restaurant and in the middle of downtown, it was so quiet! The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Suzann was an exceptionally helpful host, full of excellent advice, and really seemed to want to go out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a couple of nights in Sedalia!

This was my 4th time staying at Joy’s place. We love it! Joy goes above and beyond, she is hands down the best hostess. The place is very clean, quiet, comfortable, cozy and the location is ideal for us. See you next year, Joy! 😊

Wow!! What a great space, this building is soooo clean, it's very convenient downtown but not right on the main strip, the ceilings are tall and just beautifully done.

Hannah’s Place was a perfect little gem tucked away in a Matured Neighborhood. Place was as described & we felt very safe & at home. Will definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself! You will not be disappointed in this wee gem!

We’ve stayed at both the Dog House and Jail Bird and they are both great! They are exactly what we need when traveling with our kids. The location is great and the Saturday farmers market is super charming and right outside the door! We will be back!

We’re traveling across the country and this place was everyone’s favorite so far! The view is beautiful. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. It’s a great spot to settle in and enjoy the area.

We just wrapped our stay at the Lucky Minnow and had the best time with our three daughters (ages 9, 6, and 2)! The pool overlooking the lake was definitely a highlight. Not too busy and friendly guests/families. The Lucky Minnow unit is directly across from a small playground with a climbing structure and swings that our daughters enjoyed as well. Some confusion when we arrived with the parking passes, but Kelly was super responsive and also provided great suggestions for places to eat, listen to music, etc. The place was tidy, decorated beautifully, well-maintained, and cozy. Definitely the lake cabin vibe we were going for! Thank you, Kelly!

My husband and I stayed here for our mini-moon! It was just as pictured! So relaxing by the lake, especially in the off season. Very quiet and comfortable stay! It is in a great location to many bars and restaurants with incredible lake views! Highly recommend this place and Whitney! She was very responsive, gave us recommendations, and was extremely easy to work with! We enjoyed our stay!

My daughter and I stayed this past weekend and I honestly could not say enough amazing things about this place! It was in the perfect location and in the friendliest area of condos! We met quite a few of the families/ owners and all were welcoming and friendly! The place was clean, beautiful view and had any amenity that you could ask for! We saw so many deer on our drive in so be careful as you are pulling it but my daughter thought that was really cool! The pool had a beautiful view and was very clean! I would book her again in a second! Thank you to the gracious hosts you really have a hidden gem in this condo! Thank you!

Jeff and kims had everything. From toilet paper to bath products to cleaner. There were snacks on the table for us and a few bottles of cold water in the fridge. After driving 12 hours with 4 kids and the humidity change.. that was nice to come into. And helped save some bucks on breakfast and snacks. There was extra bedding. Washer/dryer. Really everything someone would need. It was really nice to not drive home with mounds of dirty clothes or having to go spend time at laundromat before driving 12 hours home. House was clean. As described. Nice neighborhood. All sorts of things within walking distance. Great communication. Thank you very much.

The condo was exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place for a stay at the lake. We would definitely return when we come back to the area.

We had a large group of friends joining us at the lake and needed an extra please for one of the couples to stay. Found this condo in walking distance to our house. Great location on the lake, close to the Dam/Strip. Great deck and view of the lake. Condo was clean and as described, easy to find and park. Pool was nice. Host was great to work with from the start to check out. Will rent this condo again for my family when they join us at the lake.
