This is the perfect place to stay if you are wanting seclusion and to get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The treehouse exceeded our expectations! The treehouse is in pristine condition. It is fully stocked with essentials, toiletries, etc. We enjoyed hiking, fishing, swinging in the hammock swings, and sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful and peaceful view. We will definitely return!

Lana's place was a nice spot to get away and relax. Everything was exactly as described. This place was well-stocked and felt right at home! We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and will definitely come back!

This was a beautiful space, It was very private and peaceful inside the space, and the hot tub was very relaxing. There is a fire pit that made the ambiance relaxing. My family from out of town and I will definitely look this place up when in the area.

We loved the house and it was perfect for our family weekend to the surrounding State parks. After a long day of hiking, the hot tub was a such a wonderful amenity and the goat made us all smile. The kitchen had several types of coffee to choose from and the hosts were very responsive. We really appreciated the clear directions on how to get to the property with pictures. We will totally visit again!

Joe was incredibly responsive and helpful during our entire stay. The house was perfect for a weekend trip for 8 people. It was great having a boat right in the backyard! One thing to note is that it was hard to get Ubers in the area, so I would suggest driving yourself to the town. Had a great time here!

Have stayed at this place for last two vacations and loved it. House is beautiful with beautiful surroundings. Hosts are very nice and responsive to our needs. Will stay there again!

Another great stay at the lake house! We had some inclement weather this time and Daniel was kind enough to stop by several times and keep us informed on the road conditions and even showed us a back way out since some of the low water bridges in the area were flooded. He went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The house was beautiful, and the surroundings were peaceful. It was so nice to wake up and have coffee on the porch in the mornings. We had our 1 year old and managed just fine without any real baby proofing. Even though you are only a few minutes from downtown St. James, you feel very secluded. You are only minutes from all the attractions.

Neal’s place was perfect for us. We were able to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Neal was super responsive to any questions that we had. Check in and check out were super easy.

Clean, secure, safe, cozy. Cool area by the Library. The Streetcar (free) stops directly outside the building. This spot is not in the dead center of the restaurant districts, which just means it's a little quieter. You can get to the trendy parts of downtown with a 5-20-minute walk (or a 3-10-minute Streetcar ride). So, great location. The apartment is super clean. Everything works and looks nearly brand new. It's a well-kept space. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. No concerns about security. Parking is in a gated deck beside the apartment. The security guard on duty is incredibly helpful - don't hesitate to call them for help finding the parking (if needed) or a general overview of the building. The gym in the building is well-equipped with a variety of machines and weights. Saved me a drive to Planet Fitness. Savannah was quick to respond to any questions I had and communicated well. Bonus: The shower heads are great for people 3'-8' tall!

Wonderful Oasis on a quiet neighborhood street. We very much enjoyed this property for the stylish decor, helpful communication and recommendations that our host, Sean, provided. We easily checked ourselves in and felt right at home. The apartment was clean and comfortable, the attention to detail stood out to us. Sean was an attentive host, checking in from time to time to see if we needed extra coffee pods or such. We can highly recommend this Airbnb and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you.

We stayed for one night after a hiking trip and it was so easy for us to get cozy and relax! Dayna was responsive and kind, and even let us know that we could check in early! The lake view is so lovely and the atmosphere is so serene. Truly an ideal stay!

I hate telling everyone how wonderful this place is because I want it open for the next time I am traveling to St James! Great hosts and a great place to stay.

We loved our anniversary weekend stay! The host was so kind and proactive about an issue they found with the jacuzzi before we arrived, rushed to fix it for us, AND gave us some cash back to send us to dinner for the inconvenience. The place was very clean and we enjoyed every moment of the spa features! We would most definitely stay here again!

This was a wonderful solo retreat location. I loved having both a front and rear balcony to sit on and read and enjoy the beautiful weather. I've been to the area before and knew I wanted to be within walking distance of the downtown and small shops. The local was perfect and the privacy was excellent. Having a front main security door and then a security door to the apartment made everything feel very safe but still easily accessible. There was both a parking lot and on-street parking in immediate proximity to the building on a picturesque street. Amenities were excellent and the host was friendly in any messages needs. Highly recommend a stay here

Brandon’s place was great! The keypad didn’t work when we got there but Brandon was quick to find a solution. My wife really like the place. It was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Robert's place..... What can I say, but great!! This cozy place is well worth it, every time we've gone to Branson! Amenities and space (and the extra added touches) we're outstanding!! Communication and directions were great!! Better check this place out, if you haven't! We highly recommend and will spread the word! Definitely our go to place when visiting! Thank you once again (4th time round)!!

Tammy 's condo was just as described in the listing and photos. the place was exceptionally clean and quiet. We often had the pool to ourselves. It was close to lots of activities, right on the lake, and a beautiful serene retreat. We appreciated all the extras, so we could walk right in and enjoy the space. it was perfect for celebrating our anniversary and would be a great space for a family or two couples as well.

Lovely condo. Rented based on location, reviews, and affordability. Stephanie’s great reviews are well-deserved. Check-in couldn’t have easier. Clean, comfortable, well-decorated, truly epic sunset view. Thank you, Stephanie, for sharing this condo with us!

Everything was great. There were lots of reviews about the noise from the upstairs neighbors and all those reviews were accurate. The yelling and cussing from the balcony was not necessary and moving around in the middle of the night did not help in the way of getting a restful sleep. My 5 rating is for the room we rented not the complex. Everything in the listing was accurate from the pictures to the rules. Thank you.

This place was very beautiful if you want to party and experience the lake life this place is right in the middle of it all the host responded back fast very helpful very polite. I had an anamazing weekend.

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary trip and it was absolutely perfect for our home away from home for a long weekend! It was very clean, beautiful surroundings. Our favorite was sitting on the patio and watching the water!
