Very cozy, clean place! When you’re inside the apartment, you wouldn’t know you were right near the 95 freeway :) very nicely and generously appointed! Francis was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to my plans, which were a bit up in the air.

Mary’s place was the perfect spot for unwinding and to enjoy all Bristol has to offer. Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Mary was exceptionally helpful and amazingly responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We came into town for one night to see a show at the Narrows. None of us have ever been to Fall River we were so pleasantly surprised the house was adorable perfect location and the host was great. It was a 10 out of 10!!

our stay was wonderful, the location was perfect, so close to RWU and shops, restaurants, the gorgeous bay view. The delightful porch was a bonus to sit, relax and enjoy good conversation or the serenity of a rocking chair by yourself. The decor was tasteful, fun with well stocked items to use. The was a huge surprise and so enjoyable. communication was great too. Thank you for a very special stay, We hope to come back again

This place was exactly what we needed. It was a peaceful, quiet place to relax after a day of site seeing around Providence, Newport, and other places.

Great stay, and Craig accurately described the home that we stayed in for 2 weeks. Water access is close by!

We had a great stay at Steve's place and will book it again. Apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. Enjoyed coffee and playing cards on the front porch. Location was perfect, walkable to the downtown, Independence Park, and other local neighborhood restaurants. We so enjoyed Lindsey's very spacious place! We loved walking Bristol and enjoyed many restaurants. The apartment is charming and so nicely decorated. We loved the back patio too!

Reda’s place was absolutely perfect for a week-long stay - I felt so at home. I was visiting family who live just down the road, but needed a space of my own to work and relax between visiting with family; it fit my needs to the “t”. The kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils (even a can opener!), so I was able to cook a great meal after a long day of work. The neighborhood is peaceful and accessible; I loved going for a run over to New Bedford and back. Reda was always around to say “hi”. My family and I will definitely be back! Thank you, Reda!

Stayed at the Arcade loft for a quick one night getaway. Booked last minute and Scott was very responsive. Check in was super easy. The room was very modern chic, with a historic past. Would love to stay here again on our next trip to Providence.

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. We really enjoyed our stay in this East Providence basement. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and the bed was ultra comfy. The ceilings are quite low, so at 6 foot 4 inches I had to duck to get from room to room, but I was able to stand just fine once in any given room. Parking was ample and the shower worked great. While there, the remote for the smart tv died, but the hosts were very responsive with getting new batteries to us which completely rectified the issue, so I strongly recommend their place to anyone visiting the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Allena’s place while attending our daughter’s commencement at RISD. The location was perfect—quiet, safe, and just a short drive to campus. Allena was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. We truly appreciated her hospitality during such a special week for our family. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Location is perfect. 5 min walk from beach. 10 min drive from downtown Newport area . Studio was spotless clean . Host was great can’t wait to come back .

Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

The space was THE PERFECT location with the most stunning view. Walking distance to all of Newport most popular restaurants and shops. When I find myself visiting RI again, I plan to book this space again.

Stayed for 3 nights to visit family. Was a great stay! Tub is beautiful and comfy. Takes a while to fill as mentioned in description but stays warm! No complaints. Would book again on my next trip!

We stayed at Matt’s place for a couple days while visiting Providence. Matt is a super responsive host and the place was clean/ street parking was easy/ and the hot tub was nice. =]

Clean and easy to check-in. Owner lives just downstairs and takes great care of the curb appeal of the house. Beautiful gardening. Always responsive and easy to work with. Quiet street.

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

Great hosts! They went well above expectations, I was having g back surgery and they really helped me out with getting situated and helping with my dog. Can’t say enough good things about Jane and Brian
