Holiday rentals with breakfast in Walton County

We felt so at home in this house - it was wonderful! There are plenty of resources in the area, but we also just stayed at the house to relax. Thank you!

Place was perfect for our party of 10. Plenty of room and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was a 15-20 minute drive to downtown and the airport so very convenient. I have stayed at many rentals across different companies, and Jessica was by far the best host I have ever dealt with. We got scammed by another listing at another company and Jessica went above and beyond to help our group literally the day of the scam. She was tremendous and I will guarantee you can not find another host as helpful and timely as Jessica. She was the best.

I hope we can return to Cat’s place-it’s charming, warm, unique, fun, well appointed, funky, and the perfect backdrop for a weekend away with our kids for my oldest son’s Parents’ Weekend. Cat is an amazing host-so kind and welcoming, with games and books and notes all over to make sure everyone is comfortable! Beds are super cozy and the linens are soft and cozy. Located on a quiet street about a mile from Athens, it’s a straight shot into town. Highly recommend this cool farmhouse!

We were in town a couple of days for a wedding with our adult sons and their spouse/fiancee. It was like coming back home for our sons as they graduated from UGA. This cozy cottage was warm and welcoming as we walked through the front door and throughout the home. All the attention to details…enough linens and nice touches with how they were even folded. Beds were comfortable. Bed linens were very clean and cozy. Master bedroom even has a white noise machine so it helped create a peaceful night’s rest. All the rooms decorated nicely. Kitchen had been upgraded and everything we needed was there. When I sat on the living room couch, it felt like home and I enjoyed a few moments of leisurely easing into my day before I walked across the street to a coffee shop shop for a really great latte. Plenty of parking on the pad beside the house for 3 vehicles. Molly was proactive with the instructions and check-in information Highly recommend and hope to stay again!

This place is awesome! Cozy and close to all kinds of things in Athens. We were in town for a game and easily walked to tailgates from the house! The group loved our stay here! Would 100% recommend!

In a word - extraordinary. I am a person who prefers luxury hotels. This house was fashionably decorated and was just a space you felt great being in. Everything was new and clean. Small details evident everywhere. Everything needed was just where you would expect it. And fresh roses on the table when we arrived? Incredible. Friendly and helpful hosts. Could not rave more. We loved it. And I am no pushover.

Excellent place to stay if you’re in the area. Very quiet and peaceful. Host was wonderful and helpful. Will recommend anybody to stay here if in the area again I will reach out back to her and stay there again.

Very nice, quaint bungalow within easy walking distance to Kirkwood. Would have no reservations about staying here again.

We chose this place because of its location, residential and close to our family who was only two minutes away and who we were visiting. The street is quiet and residential and we could park the rented car without issues. Marcqui was very responsive and brought us down a couple of things that were missing. This basement studio is comfortable, however one can hear the steps and family from the upper floors (we hope they were not hearing the bad cough of my chronically ill husband!) All in all an artistically set studio with a good shower!

Oh my gosh, such a cute place, Lynn was so helpful in giving us suggestions on where to eat and things to do. Their place was just what we wanted, super cozy and all they provided all the little country touches, she even provided creamers and snacks. The property was lovely, wished we had had more time to explore... this was the perfect stay and location for us, we came for the football game and is was a short drive there. Thank you Lynn for making this such a great experience for us... Go DAWGS!!

Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

Richard’s place was just what we needed for our stay. Great location to get in and out of downtown Atlanta. 5 minutes from Downtown Decatur with excellent restaurants (highly recommend The Brick Store Pub and Deer & Dove). Private, quiet and clean. Staying at the artist’s home was quite a unique experience having an art gallery throughout the home. Also, when arriving back after our day we had fresh oranges in bag at the front door greeting us back. Thanks Richard! Will definitely be on our shortlist for future Atlanta visits.

Jennifer was the best host ever! She was patient, responsive, sweet, genuine, and helpful with things not even related to my rental. The suite was absolutely adorable and I had an amazing time! I’ll be checking for this listing when I’m in town!

Great location. Very clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive. You do have to go up 35 stairs from the street, which was fine with us, but others may have an issue. You can’t beat downtown Athens. Go Dawgs!

We only stayed for one night and had great time. The house is cozy, and the farm with the animals is absolutely lovely. We especially enjoyed the nature and the hot tub. John was very kind and hospitable, and communication was seamless. We would definitely love to come back! Thank you, John!

Upon arrival, we were greeted, showed us around and to our room. What happened next was fantastic!! I mentioned that I'd be leaving for a long bicycle ride (BRAG Spring Tuneup) before breakfast, he called Leslie and breakfast was made and delivered to my room so that it could be heated in the microwave the next morning. My start was at 6:00 AM the next morning. We also discussed where to eat supper in Madison. The recommendation was for Ricardo's Kouzzina. Service as well as the food was excellent. Note: try the amazing pork chop on the menu.

Highly recommend this beautiful Bed and Breakfast. The room was beautiful and very clean. It was very relaxing sitting on the porch watching the chickens and peacocks. Everyone was very friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING. Definitely recommend.

My partner and I chose this place on a whim and it was the best decision of the year! The house is, of course, a classic restoration but they did an amazing job blending the original pieces with modern technology such as button locks and central air. I can admit I was nervous about the bed being old and wooden, but it was so comfortable and clean, there were no problems whatsoever. The only warning I'd provide is for individuals who might need more space due to size or handicap to feel comfortable might find the bathroom a tight fit, but they do such an amazing job with the space, it didn't affect our trip at all. The provided breakfast was delicious and a huge thank you to Jennifer for serving us this morning. I didn't know I'd enjoy eating breakfast with other guests, but we all got to talking and it was very pleasant. The grounds were lovely as well. We enjoyed sipping wine and watching the baby deer in the back play. All around cannot recommend this place more!

Beautiful and magical I loved every minute. We got to swim in the pool & sit out on the patio and read books. We stayed in the Tiffany’s room the bed was comfy & the tub was roomy .

We had a great stay! Every morning breakfast was served or buffet style and was good. Each morning started with a bowl of yogurt/fruit/granola. Then main meal was eggs with either French toast or biscuit and a meat. OJ and Coffee and Tea to drink. The 24 hour coffee & snack availability (bagels, toast, marble cake and mini fruit danish) was great after coming back from a long day. Our room was cleaned daily. I have nothing negative to say about this stay. Accommodations were exactly as stated and seen on the website. Adam was a great host.

Excellent stay, very nice farm location, lots of beautiful and friendly animals, and even fresh chicken eggs for sale!

The Manor was so peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was great. We would love to stay again.
